Blue Dart Express — courier not received - need department name/extention number

The status of my courier "says need department name/extention number". It is very important document which has to be reached out to me on time. I have not received any call or message from blue dart for confirmation or whatever.
I have no idea why the courier is being held. I hope blue dart will help me on this.
