I had couriered an important parcel from your courier service through critical on the date of 26th Aug but it Was not delivered And also you did not confirmed the status of the parcel. After 12 days your delivery personal informed me that it cannot be delivered. Then why you booked my consignment on critical service and also i complained regarding the issue to the Rehabari Blue Dart Office but didn't got any response so i forwarded this complain to NCH. And i need the compensation amount as well as my documents too.
