Blue Dart Express — fake status/ consignment missing

Hi,

I have ordered on 22nd of october from there people, and order had to get deliver on 24th, which is today. They are linked with Blue Dart.

I am trying Blue Dart CUSTOMER CARE since morning, nobody is responding. They mentioned that my HDFC office is not traceable, ###, i have mentioned my addres, my landline number, my mobile number, and nobody called me from blue Dart side.

I called [protected], and they said that they don;t have the number of Blue Dart. ###, how can you deal with Blue Dart without knowing their address and contact number.

I want my courier by 25th October.
