As i received msg #waybill# [protected] is undelivered for address related issues# i. Went to your shaikpet branch. Hyd. When i asked your counter boy for the courier with my id and mob number with tracking details which i received the link from blue dart. He asked me to speak to the manager. Srinivas. But the manager said he will not give me shipment as there is no proper address. He said the messge from blue dart is fyk. And he refuse to give the shipment. Inspite me showing all the details.. My number id and the link and the tracking details in my mobile.. Hence i want blue dart management to taka action against him.. I[censored] have cameras in your office you can listen to the conversation. He is clearly saying that blue dart messages are fyk..
