When the courier came at that time in in office, i have told them for so many times that please redirected to secondary adders, no one is listen, when i call customer care they saying that checking please hold no use no update, didn't receive till now, now i am regarding that why i have ordered that card. Its more than 2 weeks i have call them 5 times, what else can i do other than that, # customer care even they didn't update anything in portal, customer agent saying that nothing is update here, why this process is such a worst and negligence about the customer, i am getting to much angry about blue dart. Please do needful help.
