Blue Dart Express — Non delivery of waybill no [protected]

I am the consignee of the above consignment. Though the above consignment arrived much earlier it is being withheld since 22/10. It appears that it was reported on 22/10it was not delivered as it was falsely reported that i was not available. Same thing was repeated on 23/10at 3pm.. Though another consignment no [protected] was delivered to me at 3pm. Today i also received a sms that it will be attempted but i only received a missed call at 17.58 who represented that he is your representative but he refused to come to my place and asked me to come down to hiroshima park to collect the same. I told him that i am a cancer patient and can not move as it is a bit far and he then refused to deliver the same. I am suffering for the delay and reserve my right to claim damaged for delay.
