Blue Dart Express — not received product but status is delivered

Hello
I have placed my order in nykaa. The product was couriered through blue dart. I have not received my products but when i saw the status in tracking details it showed me as delivered. Please resolve it soon. I have not received my products.
I had placed order on 9th september and the delivery date was 11th september. As per tracking details it is showing delivered at 9pm. But i have not received it.
