Your burdwan branch authorized person or employee don't pick up & delivery on time, the guys is irresponsible, adamant, through of speech very bad. Most of the time he came after closing the office and behave rude and enter the office with wear helmet. Several times we warn him but as usual. Some times our office boy goes to road and hand over the packets. The packets are valuable packets there are so many customers "original legal documents". If missing the one we will facing big problem. Today no one come our office and pick up the belonging.
So request to you please take necessary action against burdwan branch and change the guy otherwise we will canceled our aorporate agreement with blue dart.
