Blue Dart Express — Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery"

I was ordered the product from @Headphone_zone on 29th march 2024. the package has to delivered before 1st of April 24. but I haven't receive even a single call from your delivery personal. But, they updated in tracking ID([protected]) as "Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery". The parcel has to be delivered on 1st of April . but i haven't received yet. but tracking details shows that I was located at "Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery". I was living in individual house. Then who will restrict the entry?. I need immediate response for this issue.
