My kihome pillow order with order id - [protected] was to be delivered on 15th july, 2019. I got a message that my order is out for delivery and will be delivered by s amaresh at +91 [protected]. I continuously tried him but he disconnected the call every time and my order status is showing he tried to deliver but my office was closed. My office was open till 7 pm and if it was closed why he didn't call me. Even today he is not picking my call. Kindly look into the matter asap as my order is paid.
