Blue Dart Express — Redmi 3s prime tracking no.[protected]... order is not deleiverd to me

My order is not deliverd to me and when i am check order status in bludart offc Hisar that the bluedart courier Men asked the product is deliverd to AMAN (i do not know this person) and when i ask some questions to this bluedart men that they was angry to me and use the baad wording
soo plzz fastly solution of my problem otherwise i will ligal work...
