Sir i had booked a courier through blue dart agst. Waybill no.[protected] dtd.22.07.2016 but due to receiving date expired, party has refused to accept the same. Now courier has been returned to origin and your office staff demanding the courier return charges. Sir we have send many couriers through other courier companies and in case any courier returned back, they never demand the courier return charges.
So sir please don't take these types of charges because it is a cause of business loose.
You are requested to please do the needful immediately and returned my courier without any charges.
