Blue Dart Express — very bad service by bluedart bachupally

I am supposed to receive my shipment on Aug 23rd and I verified the status on bluedart website and it says Out for Delivery. I am at my home waiting for receiving my shipment and they dint showed up till night. Later I checked the status and it says Premises closed. Again the next day the status showed as Shipment out for delivery and we are at home only but we dint receive it. In the evening the status showed as Premises closed. The next day the status showed as Shipment out for delivery and after 1 hour the status has changed to Consignee is shifted from the given address. Somehow I got the Bachupally delivery center contact number and i tried calling them but they never responded to my call. This is the worst service I had in my life and the blue dart customer care number is also not working.
