Blue dart delivery service is so worst.I ordered something on 23rd august.today was the delivery date.my waybill number is [protected].i saw the status as out for delivery.but the delivery person didn't called me and now the status is "Consignee's address is incomplete" though i have given all the information about my address.i called customer care service.but they told me that there is no order in this waybill number.my order is prepaid.if you all can't handle something properly, why don't you leave the responsibily of this business?this is my 2nd time of disappointment with this service with same issue.if the delivery person don't call us, how will we able to know that they are at my address?what is the purpose of taking contact information if they don't call us?i gave all the information about my address and other curier sevices are giving all my orders in this same address.so what is special about this bloody blue dart service? I will never order anything from this service next time
