I am suhas bhasarkar, regular customer of blue dart, on 15th oct i sent one urgent document with way bill number [protected] which consist of very important deal document. It was must to reach that document to delhi on 16th oct.. But on 16th document didn't reach to destination. When i talk to customer care pune [protected] they told me it is delayed due to some network issue but they are sending parcel through commercial flight and it will be delivered by 16th oct evening.. Now it 17th oct 2:25 pm still it is not delivered, your pune customer care is not picking up my call since 16th oct evening.. Your contact number [protected] is reachable after 100 attempts.. Only once i could connect to your customer care executive and that call is also disconnected and i have no idea when you are going to deliver it..
Due to this delay i could not submit my claims and commercial documents on time and now i will loose rs 30000/- due to this delay.. You charge double than any other courier company but till now i have not faced such kind of worst service from any provider.. Now for me blue dart is not trusted company anymore.
