What's mean network delay will impact delivery

Ordered on april 27 .Picked up on may 19 via bluedart.still status was shipment further connected.very bad one.delhivery company delivered the product which ordered on same date.
Tracking number:[protected], [protected].
One more ordered I have placed it's also transportation bluedart company it's not at all showing the status tracking id :[protected]

Please don't make people lose believe in your courier service.. i already started loosing trust in blue dart.. fastly it shows that it will be delivered on 22 may but today is 25th may .. i didn't get any percel from you .. very shameful thing this is.. I'm requesting you to deliver my percel please.

Hi,
A Few minutes back I received the same message from Bluedart "Network Delay, Will Impact Delivery". Please find the attachment for the waybill number and status.
The reason is vague and the exact cause for the message being displayed is not mentioned.

When will I get my parcel? Today, it was supposed to reach me. But, same old story. Network issue, will impact delivery. Do the needful at the earliest.

How much time will it take to resolve? The delivery date has crossed yesterday and the parcel hasn’t even reached the nearest hub.
