My wife has ordered some stuffs from my glamm and it was has been shipped through bluedart. The date of delivery was supposed to be 9/10/2019.
At night around 10 pm we got a message from bluedart saying the product has been delivered. We thought it might be some technical issue and we thought to wait till next day morning to see if the product will be delivered on that day. But till now we haven't received the product and in track record it is showing as delivered. I tried to contact blue dart customer care, but the effort seems to be of no result. We have written mail to blue dart customer care, but still haven't got any reply. This bluedart service is really worse. Atleast i want to know why the delivery status has been changed without being delivered Was this information helpful? |
