Writing this on 11 oct 2023 at 7.48 IST..
The waybill no [protected] should have reached me by 11 oct 2023. I received a call from bluedart courier stating that the have a shipment and where should they deliver it and I replied them with my location ( same as the pincode on shipment )and they ended the call by replying they will reach my location by 1.15 - 2.00 pm IST on 11 oct 2023.After a while I received another call from a different number the guy said me that they cannot make exchange in my location( since I ordered a device with trade in program) and said me that i have to pay the balance amount without the trade in, if im doing so the will come and deliver the shipment and collect money or-else i should travel to ERODE bluedart office which is approximately 70 kms from my location and make the trade in. I replied that i will get in touch with apple and let them know, when I contacted apple the said me that my location is serviceable and they should make a door step trade in and the guy told me that he will escalate the issue to a high priority one and i will receive a mail within 48 hrs. After few hours i checks the bluedart courier site for the status of my shipment, they updated the status as wrong pincode will impact delivery but i gave the correct pin, i also cross checked with apple’s invoice. The are creating a wanted delay and refusing todeliver
