Book My Yatra — Bus trip cancelled by the operator but amount was not refunded

I booked a bus ticket in Yatra app on 27.08.2023, for the journey on 28.08.2023 from chennai to trichy on SIVA AMR Tours and Travels.
The journey timing is from 8.35 A.M TO 1.45 P.M.
The trip was suddenly cancelled by the operator without any prior notice, I want refund for that ticket
