[Resolved] Book My Yatra — cheating by not giving refund after cancellation

I cancelled the bus ticket booked online as per their cancellation policy timing. They dont have proper provision for cancellation and thereby the company is cheating customers. Already i have posted compliant. But they closed the compliant without solving the same and returning the refund amount. I have wasted my time for one day through their web site. Jul 29, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved No response for the complaint for not giving the refund amount for the cancelled bus ticket as per their cancellation policy. They dont give phone numbers neither they dont respond for the mails. they call only after the boarding date and say that they can not cancel since boarding date is over Book My Yatra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
