I have booked three tickets thru your portal with booking reference no. 181015f72603 delhi to stockholm 2. [protected] ranchi bengaluru
3. [protected]. Bangalore new delhi. And i have travelled alongwith my spouse but to submit the bill bank wants full details ie the split up of the amount charged like base fare, service tax which is 14.5% development fees etc in the bill for the bank to reimburse to me as i have gone on leave fare concession but inspite of my telephone to your customer support and emails to them they are sending the same invoice which doest not meet the bank's requirement as we have to pay service tax to the govt.,. Your travel consultant ms. Monika kapoor has mailed saying that they cannot give the details. I am out of funds to the tune of rs. 2 lacs. Please give me the detailed invoice so as to claim the same.
