[Resolved]  Book My Yatra — Flight not confirmed even after full payment

I have booked a round trip ticket from cologne to delhi on 01.12.2017 with full payment from credit card. The itinerary and status showing is as follows. I have attached a photo of the ticket issued.

Cologne to zurich - unconfirmed
Zurich to delhi - confirmed

Delhi to munich - unconfirmed
Munich to delhi - unconfirmed

The yatra ref no is[protected]

I want either cancell the whole trip with return of full payment or confirmed the whole trip.

The answer from the customer care is that the unconfirmed is for meal and not the ticket. Please clarify in the first document with distics columns to avoid any confusion.
