I have a complaint regarding my transaction while booking a flight from your website. On 26th august 2016 i tried booking a flight for 6th october 2016 at 16:25 pm the flight no. is 6E- 574 which travels from Bhubaneswar to Kolkata, after putting all the payment details and while the transaction was ongoing it showed error in transaction and no itinerary was produced to me. I had waited for 15 minutes and and continuously checked my mail to see if the ticket was confirmed or not but still no confirmation was sent to me, hence i had booked another ticket of the same flight which had immediately showed a confirmed status and travel itinerary was generated to me. The reference No. for my confirmed ticket is[protected]. But after i checked my bank statement yesterday i had seen that yatra has deducted INR 2455 twice from my account when clearly no ticket was generated to me during the 1st transaction which yatra had shown unsuccessful. Even till date no itinerary of the 1st transaction has been sent to me hence deduction of INR 2455 the 1st time was clearly a mistake on yatras part if no record of such transaction was sent to me by yatra, hence it is my request to you that you please refund my INR 2455 that you had wrongfully deducted from my account and did not produce a ticket to me for that. I have no problem regarding my confirmed ticket, and i do not wish to cancel it either, but i just want the failed transaction money to be refunded to me as soon as possible as this is nothing but fraud by yatra. The email id that i had used to make both the transactions is [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly return my money back or else i will be forced to take strict actions against your site. To prove that money was deducted from my account twice i am attaching my bank statement in the attachment bellow. Hope to get a response from you soon.

I was trying to book flight from Delhi to bangalore. But unfortunately the price in app and website both are different in app and your website.So i booked it from some other website.I have attached screenshot for this.Please check this error so that other customer don, t migrate to other sites.
