@bookmybai @anupamsinhal you are lying that you have 9000 satisfied clients and 15000 employees.You dont have any genuineness and you follow fraudulent practices.If your company was genuine, you would have reimbursed all the claims rather than creating nonsensical stories of how people ill treated maid or other lies.In my case, within 30 minutes of receiving payment, maid said she cant work in my place.You bunch of frauds in Bangalore-Pavithra(earlier the name was Padma) is so called client co-ordinator.Another person says she is maid co-ordinator, then Sachin Jake who is the boss of Pavithra, Manoj Saw who is another fraud in same team, Amit Pandey another story teller in the same team and Rohan Deshpande say they will refund amount in 1 hour, 2 hours, by tomorrow 11 am, by today EOD etc etc.You dont have any happy customers.You have only customers who are cheated.

I had just interviewed one maid and then decided to go ahead with another local maid a friend suggested. I had deposited 1, 000 earlier as mentioned on your website since my requirement was urgent. I thought there is no harm, if I decide not to go ahead with the service I will get my money refunded.
But I didn't know that It will be such a horrible experience.
1. Initially, my CSE Lidiya was prompt but she missed to inform that maid trials are paid and due to which I had an (unnecessary) argument with the maid
2. Also, the day I canceled my request Lidiya said that I will get the refund within just 2 days but it has been more than 15 days without a single rupee refunded
3. She always says she will check and call back but not even a single time she has updated me on my refund status and now have even stopped picking my calls
4. Gopi (another CSE) was answering my messages but with the same standard message "I have checked with my finance team and they have initiated the refund" and now even he has stopped responding to the messages now
5. I have some hope from Geethanjali which has twice assured that she will get the refund asap. I hope she doesn't turn out be like Gopi or specially Lidiya.
I have honest feedback. Do you guys really think that you would gain trust by such behaviors? Let's say you don't return my money ever. Max, I will go to the consumer court and complaint but what else would you lose is a great word of mouth. I will tell any friend or colleague or relative never to try BookMyBai since you won't get your money back just in case you don't decide to take the service.
If you audaciously ask for 1000 bucks to take the request on priority then have the courtesy to return someone's money when it's due.
