I ordered 10 books during the mega sale from Boookd.com website amounting to Rs.1, 369/-
I made a prepaid order as I had received my books once earlier in last year.
I have reached out to them on call, whatsapp, mails and yet to response whatsoever.
Its been more than a month. I have not got refund nor my books.
Its such a poor customer service.
I strongly suggest to anyone wanting to buy books to never get it from this website.
If there is still a way to get my money back, that is enough!
