Boookd — No confirmation of order placed

I placed an order to buy a book from BoookD portal. I paid the amount on the portal but did not receive any order confirmatin message from the portal except the payment acknowledgement. Morevoer, there is no contact detail available on the portal to reach out to customer care for further information.

Attached is a scrrenshot of payment acknowledgement.

I request a quick resolution of my complaint.
