I placed an order during their Dussehra sale. My order was not delivered even after waiting for months. Around October, I kept messaging them on WhatsApp, Instagram (WhatsApp through multiple phone numbers of theirs), calling them. They either ignored me or gave a one line excuse stating that they would get back to me. Soon later, blocked me on WhatsApp, Instagram and phone. It’s been months since this has occurred.
