I have purchased Activa Geyser. The the geyser is not working. The hot water is not coming at all. I have already complaint twice but no action is taken against this fraudulent company. Therefore i need full refund as soon as possible as its under warranty of 5years. I have attached the invoice and warranty card for your reference. I expect that i get reply from your end soon or else I have to take appropriate action at the Consumer forum. Thank you.

    Suddenly my bike stopped while i was going out for some personal work so i decided to drop my bike there and came back with mechanic to identify and solve the issue.
    At that time i got a message of echallan of 1500 kindly remove the fine as it was not my intention to park my bike

      If you can"t solve this problem we go to consumer court, you are completly liable for this.

        I'm not satisfied with the service of honda activa mohali. I had told them to remove dent and scratches and they had guranteed that they will do their work with accuracy but they had changed the colour of my activa from original colour, and it is looking completely duplicate. The company had deducted repairing fee from insurance and i had also paid them extra with cash. And the activa is still in insurance. I want my actia in its original colour because its company's fault.

          I HAD PURCHASED ACTIVA TWO WHEELER FRO STERLING HONDA COMPANY PUNE. MY DATE OF PURCHASE IS 07 SEP 2011. MY VEHICLE NO IS MH-14-CZ-5066. I DO MAINTAIN MY VEHICLE REGULARLY WITH UTMOST CARE AND AS PER YOUR RECOMMENDED SCHEDULE. OF LATE I HAVE NOTICED STRUCTURE OF FRONT WHEEL MUDGUARD AND THE BODY BELOW SEAT BOTH SIDES CORROSION AND RUST.EVEN FRONT WHEEL MUDGUARD HAS GOOD AMOUNT OF RUST NEAR BOTTOM PORTION.

          ON ENQUIRY FROM SERVICE CENTER, I UNDERSTOOD THAT THE WHOLE MUD GUARD TO BE REPLACED.

          I KNOW THAT YOUR ARE NOT GIVING GUARANTEE / WARRENTEE FOR ANY STRUCTURAL PARTS. BUT I WANT TO ASK YOUR TOP MANAGEMENT, THE REPUTED FIRM LIKE HONDA MAINTIANINING OF THIS TYPE OF QUALITY IS JUSTIFIED?             I bought activa on 21/09/2012 from dua honda,sakchi for my comfort and to save time. The bike battery complitely discharged within a month and i took that to service center on 20/10/2012 at bhuiadih but they didnt changed the battery, they charged it for 2hrs and returned the bike. battery again discharged and i again went to service center on 7/11/2012 and they took out the battery and asked me to come on 11/11/2012 but i luckily called and got to know that center is closed till 13/11/2012 so today on 14/11/2012 i went there to take my battery but watchman asked me to wait till the manager manish kumar comes. i waited for 2 hrs there but neither the manager came nor i got to know any information regarding my battery.

              I beg to say that I purchased one Activa scooter from (M/S. Vah Auto Pvt.Ltd., 37 Chippi tank Begum Bridge Road Meerut) and its no is (U.P.15.AX 2043). On 7/2/11 I was purchased and that run only 4000km. I was service it time to time in (M/S Vah Auto Pvt. Ltd) and I was changed mobi oil time to time also.

              I want to inform you that I was going to Delhi with Activa (U.P.15 AX 2043) on 21/6/12. After Ghaziabad scooter was jam and I was checked the scooter, the kick was jam and self also not working. It was not start again. I was not going to my work also. I have many problems to return with scooter to (M/S Vah Auto Pvt. Ltd Meerut) and I was returned to dealer on 6:00 pm that day , So that’s why service man park the scooter and told me come tomorrow. I was going tomorrow than service man check the scooter and told me the engine was jam. He told me he will not repair in warranty. I was going again and again but those peoples was not agree to repair my vehicle. When I service the scooter time to time so its not my fault Dealer’s service mans told me we can not do it. They heart me. So please I request you that my vehicle repair in warranty

                  i went to pur activa at universal honda. they said me road price rs.52650/- and wait for 6 to 7 month. and given us optional to pay rs.57950/- u will at with in 20 days. and same with apex honda. is it cheating with customer? stock is available in the market. what to do? i want to buy with out other serivce and on road price rs.52650 without acc and amc and e w. so i kindly respect u to check it. i m waiting...

                  Why is this? By taking loan my waitig time is reduced.
                  If I am paying full amount my waiting time is 8 months.
                  This is strange policy of Honda? Please explain.

                  By taking loan: Onraod price of activa + 5000K bank changes + Bank intrest.

                  Please find the calculation of bank changes:

                  ( extra HDFC aharge: Rs 5000)
                  [ 5000= delear charge 3000, bank processing fee 1000
                  insurance= 1000].
                  If I do bulk booking the waiting time 1 month. Why is this?

                    I have submitted my complaint earlier and have not responded. Being Japanese company and that so renowned earlier Japanese companies were not tolerating bad word (complaints) about their companies as they were so ethical and responsive to customer. Now my experience is so bad that they are so unresponsive that Honda is not listening to the customer. Your dealer are much beyond that. Even they are not responsive to customer they always fooling.

                    Reaching to you is also very difficult as there is no phone, on service book and website even. your dealers like CR Scooters are GOD like. God never listen, HE never say yes or no.

                      i purchased Activa Scooter bearing frame no.ME4JC44 8H87024556 engine no.JC44E5024280 on 27.08.2011 from your dealer M/s Akansha Honda,Delhi Road, Moradabad.

                      After 2nd free service we observed abnormal cutting sound & leakage of mobile oil in the rear shocker of scooter.We visited several times the work shop of your dealer ship but no adequate action had been taken by the work shop hands to remove the technical snag. Instead we are very much pained with arrogant & indecent behavior of their so called Works Manager.

                      Our motive behind writing mail to you is to request you to kindly use your good office to get the technical snag in the scooter removed and also advise your dealership to remain cordial with their customers. You will appreciate that such type of dealership activities definitely tarnish the reputation & brand of your company which is otherwise famous for their after sales services.

                      we are very much positive about a proper action from your end.

                          C.R.Scooters,vadodara-7,ph no.[protected] &[protected] has given booking cardno.11916,in approx.June 2011, for Honda Activa. Concern told the probable month of delivery in ocober 2011. they told us not 2 inquire again n they will send SMS to us for filling booking form etc.formalities.The booking card is submitted by us on 8/7/2011 as per their instruction.Till 30/08/2011 no SMS is received.On call inquiry they call us personally 2day on31/8/2011 n complete booking formalities with Rs1000/-(receipt no.32801).They told now the delivery date for vehicle in 3rd week of february.On verification of their booking register,it is seen that card nos behind us are booked 4 early delivery thn us.On inquiry the SMS is not sent from their computer till 2day.On contact to Mr.Himanshu,he stated tht " its nt our fault. Our booking card is nt more authentic thn mobile company".Such a long time 4 booking formalities only is not proper.Also the Dealer's booking procedure& their follow up is nt in public favour.This is not fair 4 such type of large and reputed company.It is requested 2 instructed the concern 2 allot us the vehicle as per our first booking date.                             My complaint is that i had given my honda activa on service before some days and it came after service and i have complaints regarding as i have said them for full service but they had left certain things and i had paid them Rs.17000 and i have following problems:
                            horn is not working properly
                            headlight is very dim
                            activa is still bubbling after sevice
                            some internal problem may be there
                            So i would be pleased if you register my complaint and take action and make proper service of my activa

                              Sir,
                              With due respect I would like to submit few lines for justice. I am a middle class central Govt servent staying at pune,my daughter on completion of her stuides got a job of an teacher in a school at pune and demanded a two wheeler for going to school and was wished to bye scooty almost.I turned her mind from not getting the scooty and made her mind to bye a Activa as per my old experience of the Honda products. She has booked her Activa with Kothari wheels at pune by giving Rs.1000/- and after a week she has to deposit the full payment which she made available by financing it from HDFC Bank,After Her color choice was black. After three months she has received a call from dealer for take the delivery of her vehicle ,she ran to the dealer and was told to come next week. After a week we both went to the dealer and a vehicle was handed over to us. A doubt striked about the name was wriiten on the vehicle with wax pencil was some Sengupta. May be because of our typical Indian orthodox mentality. We took the delivery and my daughter started her journey with joy and hapinees. But alas, from the very first day she complained about the vehicle not running straight but turning right. We went to the dealer and logged it with,and they did some changing of wheels from rare to front. and pleased us. After a week my daughter again started making complaints about the vehicle ,Again we went to the dealer and I shouted to them and next week my daughter met with an accident just because of the disbalancing of the vehicle and bending to right side. I terribly fired at the dealer and a company based Engineer. Pata nahin kya samjhaya hum vapasd agaye Voh sirf hame samjha kar Ek saal nikalna chahte hai, Jab sengupta humse pahle gadi uthane ayya to uske nam ki gadi mein kharabi thi so voh humare nam ki gadi le gaya aur ye bewakoo[censored]ska nam mitana bhul gaye .Ye mera waham nahin hai kyon ki meine bhi LML ke saath 8 saal kam kiya hai khaskar sales,service aur spares mein to kya hota hai mujhe mallom hai . meri beti mar gayi hoti to kya hota. Still I trust Honda ,but some lobhi lok naaam badnam kar denge. Mje ki baat to tab samne aayi jab kavar note par jo Engine No & Chassis No. likha tha , policy jo by post ghar aayi vo alag thei ,iski shikayat bhi ki gayi , Voh ssirf talmatol kar rahe hai ,July 2011 ko 1 saal ho jayega maine sabhi servicing samay par karvai hai. Aap se anurodh hai mujhe insaaf dilaye , main to apni gadi daan mein de dungi , bhale hi gadi nahi chala saku.

                                  Dear Sir on 19/11/2010 at around 10.00 AM I had taken my ACTIVA to the Service Center at Vashi APMC market at Pratike automobile I was having a major repair in My Activa Vechile No MH 43 T 1567 & MH03 AC 5322 Their was a Problem in the frount wheel and and fock was bend so I could not drive the Vechile I told the Service Adviser and the Workshop manager to take the Vechile He said he dont have the staff and he said to come after 3 days I said I cant drive the Vechile if any thing happen while driving who will be responsible for the insidence He said I cand do any thing . I told can I speak to the owner of your compainy He said no he is not their I said can you give the Mobile no or connect him on the phone line . He said I cant do that you take the Vechile and go take the appointment and then bring the Vechile for the servicing .
                                  Sir when you sell the Vechile you promise the Customer for the good service . is this the way you give the service I am ready to pay the charges I am not asking for the charity when we purchase the vechile from your dealer we will came to the dealer to get the good Service . is this the way you give the service . I think if the dealer is not interesting in Giving the service to the customer then HONDA 2 Wheeler company should close the company or look for some other dealer .
                                  I have not taken the Vechile to any other Dealer Till Date I am waiting for your reply.

                                  i am feeling very helpless..and dishearted,
                                  with heavy heart i want to bring a matter in your notice, regarding honda activa service centre in panipat,
                                  MALIK HONDA G.T. ROAD panipat.
                                  sir, i went for the service with perfect self start,
                                  when i returned, my self start was not working..
                                  i had visited again the next day, waited for 3 hrs with no result,
                                  again today i had visited and one of the mechanic misbehaved.
                                  unfortunately i had returned with the same problem


                                  kindly help me out..im really frustrated and helpless with the response
                                  i have a strong feeling that they may hav changed my genuine parts..

                                    we purchase activa from apex honda ahmedabad on dated[protected], till date we enjoy rideing without any complain but last 4 week we feel vibration in engine and put the activa on punjab honda prahaladnagar ahmedabad, today as per telephonic discussion he said to change the clutch assembly and clutch router so please inform us that after 18000 k.m why should we paid charge for this parts, you are kindly requested to suggest for it.

                                      I have booked Honda Activa with supreme honda Hisar on 29 Jul 09. They have accepted my booking& told they will intimate me when my turn comes.At the same time I approached your Sirsa dealer since I am belonging to Sirsa.He has told that, he is not having CSD DEALERSHIP & Honda is not authorised him to deliver the vehicle through CSD. Now after two months the Hisar dealer is telling, he wont be able deliver me the vehicle as I am belong to Sirsa.
                                      You are requested to clarify,Sirsa dealer is having CSD dealership or not. If yes, advice him to deliver the vehicle to me according to my booking date i.e. 29 Jul 09.
                                      Or otherwise instruct Supreme Honda Hisar to deliver the vehicle as per my seniority.

                                      I am from AF Station SIRSA & I came to know that ther are so many people who want to purchase your vehicle but denied the opportunity becouse of the attitude of your dealers .

                                      Activa — non performance

                                      this vehicle was given for complete check and service - the estimate given was INR 13, 000/- i had given clearance for this and after few follow ups the vehicle was delivered on 22nd of this month-
                                      i found that the vehicle was not in good condition- too much wobbling and acceleration not in order-

                                      i took the vehicle to the service center and inquired if the vehicle was checked prior to delivery and Mr. Nelson replied 'yes'. let me vouch that this process was not adhered to at all prior to delivery
                                      - the vehicle was checked by nelson and one of his colleague who mentioned that fork and some more components have to be replaced and would be charged for which i did not agree.
                                      There was an argument on this and i was asked to speak to Mr. Vaidyanathan ( head services) who said will look into the matter-

                                      The crux of the issue is - why should i pay more when the vehicle was to be checked in all aspects? i have paid INR 13, 000/- and it is Hyundai's responsibility to deliver me the vehicle in good condition-
                                      not checking that fork needs replacement is not my botheration-

                                      i was on drive with my wife - what would have happened if something untoward happened? is it not Kun's responsibility to take care? added to that the behavior of the staff remains far from satisfactory- i am asked to go any where for the complaint and do what ever i want!!!

                                      i have paid enough and am not prepared to pay a dime more for this vehicle - i was told very clearly the vehicle will be as good as a new one with the repair-

                                      My brother Ex-Sub Shri Rajender Singh handed over an application to get approval for purchase of a Centro Car through CSD. The application was duly signed by Secretary, Zila Sainik Board, Gurgaon. The application was handed over at CSD Hisar Depot to Mr. Sachin, a dealing assistant present there on 7th October, 2009. He has given a telephone No.[protected] and told him to enquire after 15 days about the approval. On 21st October when he enquired on the said phone about the approval, he has been told by Mr. Ravi (who was on the phone) we don't have any such request in our office. Sir, I request your kindself to help us in getting approval to purchase a Car through CSD at the earliest and guide us what to do now.
                                      I am from Sirsa and I have also tried to book honda activa through CSD, Hisar but both the dealors at HIsar and Sirsa have refused to deliver HONDA ACTIVA through CSD. Please give me suggestion to purchase it.

                                      Activa — not getting after made payment

                                      I was booked activa from om sai honda, malad H.O. in 3/9/2011 it is for 1 year waiting. after one year 1/9/2012. I had received call from om sai honda distrubutor for make payment. I made full payment to them by cheque. That time they told my that end of September u will get my activa, but it was fake committement. From september, they gave next every month of the date and gave excuses for dalay reason about some internal issue company. it has been 6 months over to made payment to om said honda malad. But I havn't get my activa or my money back from them till yet.
                                      when I was call to Ms Gayatri Fernades, General Manager of Om sai honda, malad, she told me that the reason about the delay is the honda company not provided any vehicles to om sai honda from 8 months because of some conflict between honda company and om sai honda directors. Pls look into this matter and help me to get my money back.

                                        I Shammi Arora had booked an Activa with 1000 Rs. (Booking no : 2673 on 04th July 2009 through PIONEER HONDA, (SHREE DADU AUTOS PVT.LTD), LUDHIANA. I was informed to collect my scooty with in 7 days but as I was making a call then I was said to collect it after two days. whene i go after 2 days they said me if I purchase activa with accessory then we are provided u other wise we are not provided you. I am sorry to say that today 25 days have passed & the dealer is not giving me the delivery. I am making 4-5 calls daily but they are very rude. If this is the position I'll have to lodge my complaint in the CONSUMER FORUM against your dealer. They are harassing the costumer. My contact no [protected]

                                          I have purchased Hond Activa Scooter on 17th 2007 from M/s. Delta Automobiles Pvt Ltd Kolhapur, State: Maharashtra.

                                          My sixth free servicing is over 15/09/08. Then after some days I came to know that there is a leakage from gearbox housing. Then I gave my vehicle for repairing at your Delta Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. on 17/12/2008. But I shocked by their service as mentioned below.

                                          They have charged service charge on a/c of gear box overall purpose.

                                          Let me know how they can charge this service charge though my scooter is in warranty period.

                                          Please clarify, otherwise I will launch this complaint in consumer court.

                                            i bought honda activa (name-shashank mittal) on 23 july from brij honda mathura u.p.
                                            now they are not releasing the paper of insurance n RC
                                            because i lost the service book
                                            they need service book because they do some miss entry in that book

                                              Hi,

                                              I have purchase Activa scooter from Sai point Honda, only distributor of Honda scooter and motorcycle in Thane.

                                              Whenever I am visitng their service center they refuse to take the same by saying that they have ample of vehicle for servicing. Later on they suggested me to visit their new service center at Patli pada.During my first visit for free service at their patlipada service center, they charge me instead of free service they told me that since my date is overdue by more then two weeks (without my fault) they cannot do free service. Even it was new scooter not run for more then 500 KMs they insisted me to change the Oil too and altogether billed me for more then Rs. 500. After that incidence at service center I felt that myself has been cheated by them. I requested showroom people to take a complain they refused to do so. Even service center manager was not in mood to listen my complain as he was so busy. Please let me know how to get rid of this if I will visit next time for second free service.
