Account is hacked, hacker spends my in-game purchased currency and support isn't helping unlink their account...

There game connections always lost when i play game and i lost the game that was so irritating i spend money in this game and i lose because of thier servers that was such a bad game...

On 31st December i made 2 purchases for cod points in cod mobile worth Rs 7900 and Rs 1949 the money was deducted from my account but I did not receive the cod points.Moreover I have confirmed with the bank that the transaction was successful from their side .Hence kindly resolve my issue and refund my money as soon as possible .myself Tarini Prasad Brahma from odisha.Please solve this issue at the earliest....

Today morning I made a payment of 3200 for 500 0 cp in activision's call of duty mobile .But the money was deducted from my account but purchase was cancelled somehow.

Now I need my money back . Please help me out on this....

Its been more than 24 hours, My money has been deducted from google play balance but cod points not credited! I have valid proof of purchase ( reciept ) and I have Also Registered Case on Activision support, my case ID is - ( Activision Support case[protected]

I changed my mobile handset and since then I am unable to login to my COD account. I have my registered email ID as the one mentioned above for my COD Mobile account. But I am unable to log in after I changed my mobile. Instead it ended up creating a new account for me with same email address.
I am forced to play with this new account now.
I am at level 150 for my old account and 220 CP and approximately 55600 C creditsbr...

I bought COD points for Rs. 80. The transaction was successful but I didn't get the COD points. I lost my money for nothing. I had to invest an additional amount of Rs. 80 to get it. The customer care service was so poor, I reported it twice but I got no response. Activision should care more about their customers....
