Account blocked-investigation-no response

My account was blocked on February 22nd 2024, later I kept mails to unblock my account, fairplay team said investigation going on, sir more than two months over still account is under investigation, daily I am sending mails but i am not getting any reply, kindly unblock my account...

      Hello team,

      I have played turbo rummy 2000 rupees deals. Almost 6 tables other 2 players involved in collusion and cheated me. Have lost money 12000 rupees.

      Sent email to rummy circle support along with screenshots of Game Id and players names. And video clips as well on 31st March. The tickets : 22425321, 22432747, 22430218were created But still now no response yet. Not provided refund. This is fraud application. Lost lakhs till now. don't play. They give adds simply. No one win money this site.

        Dear sir/madam,
        I have raised withdrawal request 3 times in Rummycircle they rejected the request after that again I have raised the request on 30th March- 23 for Rs-1700 amount still not credited to bank account and status still showing it will be credited on March 30th. have written too many mail to rummy circle but every time they are saying like we will look in to this will resolve they saying kindly take action on this

          Arbitrry changes in terms & conditions

          Sometime in Sep 2023, rummycircle.com imposed an upper limit on instant daily withdrawals, without intimating the customers the actual reasons for such restrictions. Before Sep 2023, there was no upper limit on instant daily cash withdrawals.

          When queried by email, they just quote that it was done due to "regulatory requirements" without amplifying what exactly are those regulatory requirements and who imposed those regulations....
