Deduction of mobile balance

Dear Sir/Madam
I frequently get messages from AD-54321 on my mobile no. [protected] saying that I have downloaded something and been charged some amount. I have never asked for this service nor have I have downloaded anything. Somebody is looting me and i'm not able to do anything about it. Please register my complaint..My.Mobile No. [protected](Airtel Prepaid)
