I have placed my order on 28th of december. I haven't received till date. The due date of product was on 16th january 2020 but till now no information has been received and i have paid money of worth 625. Please help me to get money or to take necessary steps. I have done payment through credit. I was not knowing this app was freud app. And so i recommend this app to my friend she also shopped now she is also suffering....

Ordered products worth about 2387 and paid online on this website through online debit card payment. I did not check the background of this website and ended up ordering products and now realising it was fraud. The order was placed on 9th january and i recieved a confirmation mail too. I visited the website through a facebook add.
There is not trace of the website now and their page in google is also not there.

I ordered on 3rd of january. Now the site is not appearing on google. I saw here lot of complaints are here in @consumercomplaints now i am confirmed i also fraudulently loose my money. How they had the domain or valid site on server.
Requesting the concern to verify before giving authority these type or fraud companies in online shopping sites...

I had got link of antgirlcollection on facebook and then I had ordered products worth Rs. 1000 from "https://antgirlcollection.com/" on 29th December, 2019.

They didn't have COD but only prepaid orders, so I had made the payment and a message was delivered, stating the delivery would be done by 16th January, 2020.

But till date, I have not received any delivery of the products and their website is also shut now....

Order wirth ₹570 was placed after i browsed through the website which flashed on Facebook. Order no # 20701. Need my refund back.attaching details of transaction made via UPI, RAZORPAY. DATED 26/27 DEC2019 . This appeared to be genuine as it had displayed lot of collection. I got my order I'd too after making the payment. Unfortunately it's not worth a trust. And totally fake. Order was made on 7 jan of rs. 2095/- and after this there is no response. They have disabled the website, customer care helpline number and email id. There is no way i can contact them and they have not refunded my money as well. This a clear fraud and very disgusting. I really need an action to be taken on this.
