Dear Sir/Madam,

I had my driving test for LMV and MCWG on 18th Nov 2009, and unfortunately i passed the LMV test only. And they took my learner's licence and issued me a receipt saying passed LMV only, on the same day the motor vehicle inspector adviced me rebook a test for MCWG in a weeks time. So i went online and rebooked for the MCWG test for a week later. When i went there on the test day for my surprise they said...
