I'm Maddila Rohini complaining about harsh behaviour of auto driver. I'm travelling from st. Joseph's College to RTC complex he demanded extra money and abusing with his bad language. And his words are out of sense and abusing with vulgar language and showing bad signs.

Today on 8 February 2023 at 5 pm around I got down at Dasna mor (IMS Ghaziabad) for going to sector 62 Noida. One of auto drivers asked me to sit in his auto so I sat on rear seat where a couple already sat. After some time two more passangers came to sit in auto so driver asked me to get down as he wanted to make them sit in place of mine. I said I came first and this seat is only for three people. I swati shrivastava, took auto today from Victoria Urban (Indore) @12.20 PM, auto no MP096328, he agreed to take 40 Rs and drop me to my given address at polo ground. On the way he took other 2 passengers ever after my resistance, & dropped me on the middle of the road, & said i will not go to your address, in rs 40. I told him that you agreed, you should have told me before I took a ride, moreover you have also taken these two passengers, still you are doing this, and then he misbehaved with me, he shut of the auto folded his sleeves, and then was talking abusively. He was actually threatening me. He should be penalized and strict action should be taken against him, so that any other girl should not suffer this, what would have happened if same had happened with me in the night. Indore which is considered as one of the safest city, that is how auto drivers behave with a girl.

Today near AECS Magnolia Maaruti Public School, Bannerghatta Main Rd, Omkar Nagar, Arekere, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076, an auto driver overtook my car rashly but I ignored, but after a few meters he again did the same even with more closer but I again ignored, still he did the same 3rd time again and this time he hit my car ORVM. I was driving with my family and at a speed of around 30kmph, but I am not sure what was there in that auto driver's mind as he was gazing my wife sitting in front passenger seat. When I stopped my car and tried asking him, he came out of auto and started abusing us. He was carrying a female passenger (teenager) who also left that auto saying that she doesn't want to ride a "Gunda's" auto. Looking at this, that auto driver got so angry that he even raised his voice upto highest level and starting threatening us of our life. He started talking such a bad language even with my wife which I can't even mention here (all kinds of absurd and abusive words). He tried grabbing my shirt collar and was continuously showing his punch to me that he is about to hit on my face. My wife and kid got so scared that they even started crying. The heights got reached when I realised that he was smelling badly which was certainly alcohol (not wearing mask). I am not sure how a drunkard is allowed on road to drive auto. The passenger in that auto stepped out complaining the alcohol smell. I am requesting you to please take strict action against that auto driver since this kind of harrasment on road is a critical safety issue for innocent citizens. We are in a big mental trauma because of this incidents. My son (10years) is too scared and upset.

Mh05dl3450-Autodriver did overtake speedily today morning around 7.15 am and pushed my two wheeler roadside, hit my mirror, and didnt even stopped or lower speed.I somehow controlled and managed my vehicle from falling .

Auto driver mh 04 hz1619 used derogatory, insulting and arrogant language with me. On[protected] at 09:45am thane west i sat in riksha, as per instruction of driver. It was share auto. After getting 3rd passenger i told driver to start auto. He told i want 4th passenger, who will seat on front, that is near to me. I told him, i am in hurry, can't wait and left auto to see other auto. He immediately made insulting comments, तुला जायचे तर जा, निघ, i told politely to he him that talk properly, don't show arrogance. But he became violent and used arrogant and derogatory language. It gave me immense pain, pls. Look into and take appropriate action.

The complaint is about a drunkard auto driver driving tn 09 cq 1604. While i was waiting to cross the road, which had no signal, he drove his vehicle very fast adn hit my front wheel and used abusive words and went away. I followed him and asked why did he do so, he started abusing me and used filthy words against me. He also violated 2 consecutive signals on mount road.

It happen morning 7 am near check naka dumping road a auto driver who has taken sharing seat auto no : mh03 ba 6641 drived so rush that it hit my 2 wheeler and i was about to get into accident its my luck that i dint had any. The auto driver not even stopped but in more speed he rushed his auto. I want to file a complaint about that auto driver...
Please do the needful... Even every min there would b an accident

The auto which I have stepped now I e. At[protected] was an horrible experience by me... Seriously I guess that rather the auto vala being illiterate or might be of any other reason he is damn vulgar and brutal...Hez commenting the passengers...Rash driving plus he isn't a skilled driver donno whether the rto is blindfold to give him liescence or may be any other... Seriously the people who stepped into the auto are half dead..

I was going to college in my duke. This happened in Girinagar. There's a Sai baba temple I look at the God and pray and I always move slowly so that I can see God properly and school bus move in that road too. I was in some 30km/hr or something and there was a auto which took sudden leap of a turn. I couldn't control I hit the auto and fell. He blamed it on me. One uncle saw this and supported me. Another auto driver intervened and supported the driver. Then the uncle scolded him and sent him away. Then one police came and told us to move. That auto driver should not be spared, he has to learn the lesson. These auto drivers take sudden turns and we two wheelers lose balance and blame is on us.

Dear Sir/Madam. I am travelling from Kothapet to Pocharam (my office) since 4 months. The auto meter charges 220 rupees for the mentioned distance. 250 rs is also acceptable as it is a long distance. Today I have got in an auto. After going half way, I realized that it's meter was tampered and I cautioned the driver that meter is tampered, i dint even reach my office and it is already showing 335 rs. But he started arguing. On July 2nd i took a share auto from Anna Nagar 13th Main Road to Pushpa Nagar (Nungambakkam), While getting down i gave a 2*10 Rupees note.I asked Rs.5/- in return, he didn't give my 5 rupees.Moreover he said wherever you get into this auto, you will be charged an amount of Rupees 20.He was also saying tat you are never used to a share auto u are telling Rs. 15 only whereas, I am using share auto to and fro Office to home daily.Who is he to tell like tat and i dint get into his auto because he had Gemini Board on the auto he voluntarily asked me and said get in and changed the board to T. Nagar. He said it is my duty to ask and get into the auto but the fact is am daily paying rs. 15/- so wy should i ask it again. When i ask them how much they will surely increase the price and say thinking tat i am new to it. Then he started using abusive language against me.Unable to tolerate his filthy language, i gave up.

He was also driving the vehicle in a rash way and stuffing more number of people into his auto, his 4 seater auto had 5 people and two more were seated along his side i.e in the driver's seat.

The auto's number is TN-02 AC 5402. When i noted down his auto number he said note it down do whatever u want..Am totally depressed due to this man.

This is to inform you that Hooliganism of Auto drivers in noida is not acceptable as they are now feeling very unfear with police and have ones way for the rent and not following traffic rules and raise unfair fair of auto.

Yesterday when i was on the way to my home from Noida sec- 59(Mamoora) to sec 15 one of the auto driver wants 15 rs fare instead of 12. when i object against this he was very angry and hooliganism against me and said"CNG 2Rs mehangi ho gai hai wo kya main apni jeb se dunga" and when i again told for that unfair rent he slapped me and told "chala ja yahan se warna bahot marunga jise bulana ho bula liyo" he told me that his name is "Ravi" and his Auto rickshaw no is UP16-BT1611. and during the travel he didnt use any traffice rules and before conflict with me he already fights with other passengers. After that i never been charged more than Rs.12 on same way.

So request you to please take appropriate Action Against him and give some releif to common people.

I went to drop my Friend he was looking for Auto Rickshaw for Mulund from Vile Parle Mahant Road at 2 A.M.
He refused to ply when i insisted why are you refusing he showed me bottle he was drinking and said "Chale Jao" Rashly when i was calling 100. he started waking up other auto guys. So we left the place before it would have been ugly.
But then they were driving in Auto drunk and searching for us.
Near Mahant Road they again surrounded us there were 2 Rickshaws with 12 Autodrivers.
He was in his dress with batch number
The Auto Driver was drunk and assaulted me with bamboo stick with his 12 companions in front of Police constable Mr Kale who was present on venue to save me ...
As he attacked me i was not in position to take his Vehicle Number i have registered a complaint against him at Vile Parle east police station

I didn't expected biased behavior of police at Police station.
They took me and my friend with that auto driver .whereas they left others and he was not even charged drink and driving while searching me. When i insisted they decided to Write N.C.
I told them to call their constable Mr Kale who was present at time of attack. but they were not interested. Infact police was asking charge from us he was telling he will book us under 110 . Wheres as we were assaulted . whereas police didn't even checked his license or Batch number .

I want to track my complaint against these auto drivers and their rude and Goonda behavior
Do police get help from AUTO UNIONS not to touch these Auto guys and there are lot of complaints of locals also that these Auto Drivers make place dirty .

I would like to bring to your notice that i have hired an auto this morning to come to my office at pantheon road from egmore railway station. Initialy the auto driver asked 30inr and on bargaining he asked 25inr. On droping at the office he argued like i didn't tell the area properly and so he need 30inr. I gave him 100inr asking if he have change, i had only 25 as change. He got it and again murmured and got 25inr itself. While returning the 100, he said don't tell your husband that i won't sleep with you. It hurt me a lot. As am not a native to chennai, i worried and told behave decently and noted the number. It is TN-077760. Kindly warn such guys. Please keep my complaint confidential.

Today, we hired an auto to take us from Commercial Street to Kempapura, on meter. Once inside the auto, the driver asked for meter + 20. We said we would do meter + 10. When we started, we noticed that his meter registered 14 Rs for the standard fare instead of the current 17 Rs rate. He showed us a rate chart. On the way home, we noticed that the meter seemed to be running very fast. We keep a meticulous record of our auto charges, and a previous trip from Commercial Street to our flat in Kempapura cost 150 Rs. When we were still 1.5 km from our flat, the meter rate was already at 170 Rs!! We asked the driver to stop immediately and we would walk the rest of the way home. He stopped, fumbled around with the rate chart and a calculator and asked for 230 Rs!! Ridiculous. We told him we thought his meter was malfunctioning and he only smiled and shrugged. We showed him our previous expense and he was then in a hurry to leave. When we offered to settle the dispute with a policeman just down the road he took off. He did not have his registration papers displayed in his auto like most of them do. We did get his auto number though: KA 04 4607. Does anyone know of an official way to register a complaint with the Traffic Police? It is things like this that make us really dislike auto drivers. Thankfully, most of the ones we encounter are very nice and honest. It only takes one bad one, though, to sour the day.

An Auto driver was behaving badly with me when I took his auto from Majestic to Chnadra Layout. After my office got over i took this unfortunate auto to get back home. He has a mirror in front and every 2 sec he was peeping in the mirror to see me. i avoided how much ever i could. But when i could not tolerate anymore i asked him to stop for which he screamed at me that i cant get down and refused to stop the auto. I somehow managed to get down and he too got down with me and started shouting at the top of his voice.

I want to register a complain about an auto driver. Today on 12th April,took an auto from Warashiya to Faculty of Tech. & Engineering. The number of auto is GJ 6 T 2621. The meter of auto was not working so he said I will take Rs. 30, I agreed as by meter its coming to be 28.

He left me at the gate. I said take inside he said its not possible we have decided till faculty of tech. & engg. I told him second time you have done this kind of mischief with me.

Earlier six month back, I was going to Bhopal, at that time the same auto driver took 45 rupees from me. But actually it is coming to 35, I argued with him, he said he is has not got any passenger since last 2 hrs. But since there was time of the train. I left by paying Rs. 45.

I request you to take the necessary action against this auto driver. His auto should be kept atleast for 2 days.

Auto Driver was very rash and took excess amount from me. I travelled from Bangalore Railway station(SBC) to Rajarajeshwari Nagar via Binni mill, mysore circle and Nayanda halli till RR Nagar BEML 5th phase. Auto meter should not exceed Rs 120. But below auto meter was read rs 180 and he took 250 Rs from me. He was asking Rs 300. Also auto driver has not put driver details information in the auto.

I travelled on 28th March 2011 at 4.45AM.

When I asked for his Auto Driving License Number he did not have one to give me and also started to threaten me telling me that I reside in Belakahalli and also said that he will take care of me once I'm back. I really don't know what should I do this. I'm a girl and when my friend arrived to help me he also accused him with bad words in local language. I would like to bring to your attention that most o[censored]s in the city depend on autos to commute. I have come across very few auto drivers who are fair. Today, to get from Lailit Ashok Hotel to Fraser Town, an auto driver demanded 150/-. I obviously didn't take the auton. My colleague dropped me till infantry road and there a traffic poliman helped me get an auto. However, the auto driner moved a little ahead and asked to get off. It was raining and it was difficult for me. The auto number is KA03 9786. I decided to do something about it today and here I am writing to you. How long are we going to go through this???? Hope some action would be taken. I am sure I am one among the many who go through this but I want to make a difference.

On 30/8/2010, I was travelling from Ghatkopar west ( Near Shreyas Cinema) to Chembur Post office. The auto no. was MH 03 AK 5883. The meter moved very fast. There was no traffic snarls anywhere. The fare came to Rs.61.00, where as normally it comes to about Rs. 45 - 50. When I told him that the meter was not correct, he kept quite and did not utter a word. I am a regular traveller using auto from chembur to Ghatkopar and and back. Therefore, I am able to know the tampered meters.

Of late 80% of the autos that I hire seem to have their meters tampered. The difference is really noticeable, when you travel by a honest auto. Earlier, only about 50% autos used to be likes this, but now this has become an accepted phenomenon. sometimes, one wonders, if this is with the connivance of the authorities concerned. Such rampant fleecing of customers must be dealt with severely, otherwise, it may flare out of control.

Today I took an auto from Kanakanagar to Bannerggatta Jaydeva Hospital (Airtel office) normal fare would only be approximately Rs109/- old fare and new fare would be Rs.132 and the distance covered is15.5 kms.
But to my shock I found the km reading as 19.9km and the amount charged by the auto driver Rs.170/-. He refused to admit that his meter has been tampered and showing an eronous reading. We were forced to pay the charges told by the auto driver as he had started to verbally abuse.

We require the concerned authority to check the auto drivers meter and have the same corrected. For many of the travellers would be paying extra for no fault.

Hello, I hired an auto from Santacruz airport at around 1 am on 12th July for Malad West. The meter reading came to 12.70. However the auto driver did not have the meter reading card saying he is doing nights and has no time to collect the updated fare card. Also he demanded Rs.250 and nothing less than that. His behaviour was very rude and threatening. Would appreciate if this is taken up by the concerned authorities. The number is MH03AA 3418.

The person from the below address has black money of about 1 crore, also he is not paid tax for his monthly income of around Rs. 60, 000 PM. He is having 12 autos, 2 Call Taxis owned. Also, he is earning around Rs. 30000 pm has rent from his house. Please take the necessary step against him. His address and name has mentioned below:
