ticket price and conductor rude behavior

Bus number : ka 01 f-9091 from kadugodi to silk board
Bus conductor rude behavior.
I was traveling from kundalahalli gate to ecospace and the ticket price is 29 rupee when i asked for change conductor told give me 9 rupee change.
Please try to make the ticket price as 30 rupee. Conductor will take 30 rupee instead of 29 and it will go to there pocket not to government.
Please take the action.

buses not stopping at assigned bus stops

Hi
I travel from domlur to sap labs, bangalore using 335e (Ac bus)
The metro construction in the area has lead to shifting the bus stop to sap. Main gate. This was a good move as there is absolutely no place to walk on that road.
Although, its an everyday fight with the driver/conductor as they don't stop in front of sap. So far i could tell them to stop because their was a board saying 'bus stop' right in front of sap.
Today morning the board went missing and the conductor (Bus 1760) shouted and refused to stop the bus.
I do not mind walking but lease understand their is absolutely no place to walk on that road. I was going to get killed by a fast moving bikes and cars.
Here is my request:
1. Please inform the drivers/conductors about the sap bus stop
2. Put the board back
3.in case the stop has again moved please let the commuters know
I am hoping this will get resolved. I am a tax payer and i need justification and resolution on this.

Rude behavior

Time : 7:30 am Tin Factory
Me and my sister taken bus at front door. Already bus is packed at back.
Conductor is asked us to go inside, how can we go if its already packed. Conductor wants us to adjust like in normal buses.
Driver berates us. We don't have other choice, adjusted like fish in fish market :(
Kind request to higher authorities to give proper training to driver and conductor how to behave in high end buses like Vajra.

issues
1. bus not stopping at bus stop; driver parks bus half way on road and asks passengers to step in
2. driver takes bus before passengers get in
3. conductor asking people to take tickets BEFORE passegners sit down.
4. con ductor behaving rudley to lady passenger sayjng ' you could have shown pass before sitting down'
5. conductor rudely asking a passenger to 'buy ticket fast since stage has come '.
6. driver and conductor telling passenger to SHUT UP , and not complain.
all these have happened in same bus in same day and i was a witness to this.i know that there are unions but here i am regsitering protest

Hi I too have complain for the same route at marthahalli. conductor was asking me to sit where i dont wanted to sit and then asked me to go back i denied for that then he rudly asked me to get down from the bus ... I was wondering what was the reason why he behaved so badly though I was not sitting on conductor seat . This is my suggestion to management trained them before they come into bus service it will help public and themselves also ... Totally unethical

Vajra — No proper Bus timing
Hello,I am facing serious issue while commuting from Majestic to Chandra Layout. After 6.30 pm there is no Vajra bus service. I have opted for 1350 Vajra pass which is a waste.
BMTC normal buses during the time 6.45 pm to 8 pm are heavily crowded and they are a home for cockroaches.
There are lots of people commuting to Chandra Layout.
Please provide few more Vajra buses in the evening after 6.30 pm upto 8.30 pm in half an hour interval. We are badly in need of it.
Regular Vajra buses don't operate in time nowadays.
