BIDS10 Complaints & Reviews

On Other bidding sites they post the details of the winner including photo and address and statues of supply including the details of the courier service and receipt. But in BIDS10 only username of the winner is displayed without any details.Why cant they display the details of the winners. There are surely some ghost bidders who mostly wins the product .But one or two real winners rarely If BIDS10 is really giving the prizes to real winners...

I am a regular user of BIDS1o and after spending the few thousands I have realised the following.
In auction mode everything goes smoothly and all of sudden the the site is hanged and u cannot put ur bid even if there is 8 to 9m seconds time and then after a minute or so the site is again ok displaying the message that the product is just sold.This has happened with me 3-4 times even though I was bidding and site was active. This is what happened to my BIDS10.COM account.
There were many instances in which i lost but i thought that it was my bidding that was faulty.Then this happened
