I r. G. Hegde from bangalore ordered today ie., 24th march 2017 for testo ultra for rs.1450/- but when i gave my debit card details i was shocked to see the debited amount of rs.10005/-. I am unable to get in touch with them as there is no telephone number or proper email address. Please do not get cheated by this kind of online purchases. I wanted my money back immediately, if it does not come with 78 hrs i am going to file case against this biotrim labs. Kindly take immediate action to avoid inconvenience. Amount already debited to my account

Why would we share our private details as we already fell in your company's cheating trap, i don't have words to say how much annoyed i'm. It has been almost 7-8 months i have placed order and all we have is stupid chat support where staff even won't bother about customer's pain and ask us why did we contact them!!!

This is annoying and ridiculous, i'm going to log a cheating case and loss of self respect cases against your company for perpetuating customers to buy your products and later humiliating us without giving right level of support and update.

I purchased testo ultra worth rupees 10005 (Six bottols) on 21st feb. 2018 confirmation was received #[protected]. I was informed to contact [protected]@biotrim labs.com. Which does not respond, from website found contact number [protected] this also not responded.
Then i choose live chat — on 02nd of april at 12:30pm she asked me to enquire from post office i enquired but they say they have not received any package on my name. She advised me to contact you again.
I earnestly request to kindly show some interest in the matter & intervene in it & enquire the matter from your office & records.
This is expected from reputed company of yours
Please do the needful & oblige

Hello sir,

My name is shreyas i had. Placed an order for testoultra from online. For which i have been. Charged rs 10604 without any approval, i had chosen the package of rs 1550 but i don't know why such a huge amount is deducted from my account so i kindly request you to cancel the order and refund the amount back into my account asap. Its been almost a year and still i have not received the product, the phone number mentioned in the company website is not valid and i have already an complaint with the bank for which i have made the payment, they asked me to attach the copy of the confirmation mail i received from biotrim labs. I request you to go through my case and resolve it at the earliest.
Pls find the attached copy of order confirmation from the merchant.

I ordered cambodia weight loss tablets because the advert said $35 for 5 bottles!!! Thinking it would be $35 and they charged me $200. Being $35 per bottle. So i have sent an email to cancel my order but they won't get back to me. I tried calling but the call never goes through. I've since found out that i'm not alone and hundreds or thousands of people are in the same predicament. This is outrageous and they need to be shut down. I can get a bottle for $15, why would i pay $35 for one bottle?

On 6th oct 2017 Ihad placed an order for 1 pack which got into 6 packs de to Internet problem.I immidiately informed the co thro an Email.Thereafter several for Refund of the above amt were sent bt so far the co hasd not refunded the said amt.
The complaint details are as under-
Mails Dt 6/x, 9/x, 19/x, 31/x &8/x1 were sent .Ialso tried to their chat Forum but to no use so far.

Yesterday while just browsing on the website my friend had randomly selected package which said rs.1495 for 6 months, he however continued with the card details as he was aware that anyways it will ask for otp but it dint happen that way. As soon as he put the card details i got message of rs.10005 been deducted from my account. Later i mailed to thier customer care but no response till now. Also today i got message from my bank that the amount is processed without any authentication prescribed by rbi.

Please please help me and others who have fallen prey to this fraudelent website.

Biotrimlabs is making fool of customer. I went to order one bottle of testoultra and they deducted rs. 19000 indian rupees from my account and when i called them to cancel the order they decline. I checked the biotrimlabs scam on google and found that there are thousand of india cheated by this company and they don't return the money.. Money deducted from my account without any verification and otp. They don't even show the payment details to the customer while making payment. This is kind of trap, money will be deducted from your account without any verification once your enter the details of your card.. They will not refund the money after asking many time.. I sent many email and called them for refund but they are not processing the same.. There are thousand of customer like me cheated by this company.. Please search on google biotrimlabs scam and you will see the list of the people cheated by this company

Dear customers this is one on the biggest fraud and scams online. I had posted this on couple of occasions to make sure that the other customer too will not be hoodwinked. I hope i can put this to interpol about this fraud.
I paid from my credit card for one to test the product and it is more than 3 months i did nor receive and more over when made the payment i was charged for 6 bottles this was approximately us$ 180.

After some dozens of follow-up email, they have reped that the product is held-up at local post office, without providing any tracking number. I had been to the post office, where they have cheeked entire report for last one month and have confirmed that any such product has not been delivered to them.
In my personal opinion this is 100% fraud company. Have also filed a official complain with director general of foreign trade in mumbai and consumer redressed forum

For some reason i ordered some testo ultra on 10 of August 2017 and paid rs.10005 (Inr) to biotrimlabs.com. Same day i wanted to cancel the order and mailed the same at [protected]@biotrimlabs.com. But no response was received from their end.

On the next day i received a mail from biotrim labs support saying some of their representative will talk to me shortly. But nobody responded till today.

I am from india and i am unable to contact the india customer service number. Hi, i have placed order of few medicines on 5th june 2017 from biotrim labs by using american express card. They have committed to delivered within 14 working days. After 14 days i have done continuous follow up with biotrim via email. Every time they have stated that it eill be delivered to local post. I have checked with post but they have not recd. At the same time i have track thru their agency also. Even they have not received the same. And tracking id was dummy. I have asked for refund of funds. They are not replying for the same. Secondly, i have paid for courier charges and they have stated that they have given in indian post.
Company has done fraud with us..

I got caught to this online scam. I ordered on 13th of june 2017 presuming that the products will arrive in 3-4 weeks as mentioned. I was duped as well when paying from my credit card which was supposed to be aed 28 and i was charged aed 632 as i live in uae.
I advise all clients who are looking to get these products online ordering please do not order as this is a scam and it is been operated professionally in a very large scale and duping the clients.
