I have ordered a product Garcinia Cambogia from Biotrim labs online on the 2nd May 2015 and received a mail confirmation from [protected]@biotrimlabs.com. Since then i have been following up for my package worth 15000 INR but the company fails to share any local courier or dispatch details with me. The same was promised to be delivered within 10-14 days. It is already 2 months since ordering but the company only keeps replying with standard statements of apology and does not answer any of my queries on when the package will reach me or what are the courier details. Hello BioTrim Team, After several follow up i have failed to receive any communication and even the earlier complaint was closed without any confirmation as i have still not received any clarity from your end with related to over ordering. I have received few calls from multiple customers of BioTrim raising the same fact of overcharging. As there is no communication and response to my mail it seems that you guys have cheated multiple customers by not delivering products, overcharging and so on. My view is straight and i have all relevant email communication related to ordering and cancellation which took up in 15 mins of over debit from my account and can be presented in if needed. I need clarity on cancellation and reversal asap. Please confirm if i am satisfied with your response before closing this case. regards, Manish

I ordered one bottle of their product for $40 only to find they had charged me for a five pack which cost $214 so not what i wanted, They have taken money from my card without my permission and the product hasn't turned up andi wonder if it ever will. When you e mail them you get different responses and phone numbers that don't work. I have cancelled my card with the bank just in case they try and take more and the bank have told me they will try to help me recover my money.

The ad by Biotrim piggybacked on BBC HEALTH website without their knowledge. I have complained to the BBC and I have been told not to disclose any further details on a public forum. It appeared as if the amount of Rs1875 covered a month;s supply, 05 bottles whereas they slyly bill @ 1875X5 while debiting the credit card. They slyly enrol you into some damned Club and further while confirming the order, they DO NOT mention any amount !!! Nor do they provide any receipt for the transaction. The pills are highly ineffective and cause constipation. I am having the same analysed at a Government recognised lab and I shall intitate action against this damned Co for sure. Hi I have ordered a product of rs 9800 online from Bio trim labs.com on Dec 16th '14, it's been 1 month but I haven't received any product till now, When I am trying to contact them on phone none of the numbers are working and in online chat they keep saying we are sorry for the delay due to high demand for our product its getting delayed. They say that it was posted through USPS but when I check the status with my track ID it says no results found with this track ID, I think this is totally fraud and all the customer reviews have the same issues. Please do the needful in getting my money back or products.
