Non receipt of Testo Ultra

On 26.04.2017 i purchased 01 bottle of testo ultra @ rs.1450/= (Discounted price) as per their advertisement but while debiting credit card they instantly debited rs.10, 005/=for 06 bottles (Including international charges of 15%). Not only this they also deducted rs.695/= for another product which was offered as free with my order of testo ultra. I instantly protested them through email and claimed refund of extra price of 05 bottles for which i did not order but they replied that processing has already been made.
On the other hand despite lapses of more than 34 days i have got neither any information of the shipment (On tracking it revealed that the courier namely san asendia have handed it over the local post and they will not be able to inform anything) nor received the shipment. Who will give me the right feedback?

For some reason i ordered some testo ultra on 14th may 2017 and paid rs.13, 419 (Inr) to biotrimlabs.com. On the same day i wanted to cancel the order and mailed the same at [protected]@biotrimlabs.com. But no response was received from their end.

I too experienced the same problem, the amount mentioned was something, and accordingly used my debit card, but, later, got a message on my mobile, that, Rs 10451/ was debited, thus cheated me, In fact, I did send a Mail, asking them to refund, instead, they communicate, shipment is being sent, Such a great cheats, this sort of website must be cancelled
it is a ripp off!!! Do not provide a credit card to these people.

I have also facing same problem. I have ordered for one bottle for Raju. 1450/- & payment deduct from my account is 10005/-.I mailed them daily but they reply same mail everytime .I think they are fake & fraud. Let's have complaint against them cheater.

I placed an order for testro ultra 1 bottle which was costing rs 1450/- but it debitted rs. 10005/- instead. Immediately i drafted the mail to billing at biotrim labs that i need only one bottle but debitted 10005 rupees. I got reply that this price is for 5 boxes. Immediately i replied to make only 1 bottle but did not received any reply to our mails. Finally after a reminder they sent reply that product is already shipped hence they could not cancel the order. Still i sent a mail that my first email was itself for 1 bottle requirement and balance amount is required to be credited immediately. Similarly 8 emailed that i want to cancel the order because of there recklessness towards mail. Now i want back my amount of rs100005/-

I live in uae, i have ordered 6 packs of their testoultra product on 17th of march 2017. They debited the full amount of money and they didn't deliver the shipment untill now. L communicated with them through emails and livechat but they claimed that my shipment is at the post office, so i went there and i asked about my shipment and after a lot of communication with the central post office i have been told that there is no shipment with my name or mobile number in all of the uae.

Not getting the advertised products instead of paying for the same

On march 29/2017 i purchased your suggested medicines total three produts for six months. On 01/04/2017 i recieved three different mails regarding shipment of all products
Today it is 26/04/2017 till now i am yet to get shipmented products, even after i paid for all products along with order booking well in advance.
On tracking icould not found any success or tracing the same

I am from India and I am unable to contact the India customer service number. When I was placing the order on their website, the price mentioned there as 1779 INR for one month consignment, however, after placing the order, I have been charged 10674 INR for 6 month consignment pocket through my CITI card online payment on 12th April 2017 .
Immediately, I had sent my mail to take the order for one or 2 month consignment order and return the money to my CITI bank account through which I had made the payment earlier.
But, after two days (on 14th April'2017), I have got the reply from them (email ID.. [protected]@biotrimlabs.com) that they have already processed the shipping and hence they can't change the order (their consignment no#00004F6092) .
This is totally not acceptable. If I would have known that it is like this, I would have never ordered. Please address my concern immediately.
Can you help me to cancel the order.

You select any package, you will be automatically deducted the fixed minimum amount of Rs.10674 and you also have to pay custom duty of 350 in addition to the above . Therefore the minimum amount one has to Pay 11000 .
Do not get trapped into this . Unless more transparency about pricing, verification of local address and company full address etc is proven.

I have just placed an order and then realized that I do not want the consignment for 6 months. I am sending out mails and trying to contact them through their customer care number but there is no response from anywhere. I am totally at a loss as an amount of 10, 005 has been deducted and I want a refund of my money.

Same happened with me too. By mistake I have placed the order for one bottle but I did not see that it was already selected for 6 months pack and immediately Rs. 10005/- deducted. I placed order in Jan 2019 but.myparcel reached me July 2020... It is strange.
Moreover the consignment does not have any user manual in it...It is simply the capsules in bottles as if it is a fraud, not even a bill with it. I was supposed pay a custom.xharge of 350 INR but i was forced to pay 2850 INR.

For some reason I ordered some Testo Ultra on 28th February, 2017 and paid Rs.10005 (INR) to biotrimlabs.com. Till now i.e. 31.03.2017, I haven't recived the product. Whenever I mail them for asking the product I just get the auto response mail from [protected]@biotrimlabs.com. But no response was received from their end.
On the next day I received a mail from BioTrim Labs Support saying some of their representative will talk to me shortly. But nobody responded till today.

For some reason I ordered some Testo Ultra on 13th Feb 2017 and paid Rs.10005 (INR) to biotrimlabs.com. On the same day I wanted to cancel the order and mailed the same at [protected]@biotrimlabs.com. But no response was received from their end.
On 15th Feb I found a online chatting opportunity and chatted with one Mr. Bob. Flatly he declined to accept my cancellation order.
On the next day I received a mail from BioTrim Labs Support saying some of their representative will talk to me shortly. But nobody responded till today.
Again I wrote a mail again requesting to cancel the order and refund my money.
On 20 Feb a mail came from [protected]@biotrimlabs.com saying now they are offering me two ways:
" *Yes, I will accept a 50% discount.
*No, I would like to return my product, pay for S&H, and be charged a restocking fee of 15%. "
On Feb 21 I offered to take the 2nd option. But from that time till now no communication is received from them.
Again I requested them through a mail and said in India Rs.10000 is a big amount and I am not a rich man so please consider my case and refund me my money at the earliest.
If required I can send you copies of mails. Please take some necessary steps. My point is in these days we use many e-commerce sites and after ordering if cancellation is ordered within a specified time say 10 days or so, they accept the cancellation request and refund money. But it seems to me that this site is like a booby trap, if anyone is caught he won't have any chance to escape.

Yesterday 29 june 2016, i ordered one bottle of pure cleanse for r295, no where did it even ask me to confirm the amount as soon as i entered my debit card details the amount went through shocking 1696.25. i immediately phoned them 3min later and said that this amount was debited. they said no the system says you ordered 5 bottles which is r1696.25. so i instructed them to cancel the order and refund me immediately, they said sorry i can not do that, it's system generated. so i said your website states i can get a refund and cancellation even after 30 days. they said they cannot refund me is already done!!! then they said what if i give you 5 bottles at half the price, i clearly said no i wanted 1 bottle. ok then you can have one bottle but it will now cost you r495. but the offer was r295 a bottle. sorry it's processed! i was so concerned i even cancelled my card! taking it up with my bank now!!!, how is it possible that they can debit card like that it's fraud!! if you email them they don't even respond;- (
