Purchase pubg uc for rs 799 on 21 march 2019
My money got debited from my account but it showed that purchase has failed. I didn't receive my uc not did i got any refund. Please either give me uc in pubg mobile or refund my money.
The transaction reference is igafrqedr5.
I contacted in game customer support but haven't got a reply.
I also mailed pubg support and didn't get a reply.
Please solve the problem...

I bought uc in pubg mobile but didnt receive them in game. The purchase was for 600 uc and costed me 779 rs. Money was deducted from my account. I am attaching an image of mini statement from sbi mobile app confirming of money geting deducted and being transferred to this. It would be great if i can get a refund or if my purchase can be compleated by adding the uc in game that i purchased....
