Hello,

I took ticket from southbopal to maninagar(subo centre to maninagar) took 30 rs but gave only 1 ticket full amd 1 child ticket took money for full ticket

Brts conductor Nov-12-2023 / sunday/ time : 6:45, he not give ticket of the place where we want to go, gives tickets to another place even after telling him 2 times he doesn't listen. And did arguments with all.

There is no person present at hanshpura gam brts bus stop for entry or exit . Machine is not working at sthapatya eligance for entry exit . So we have travel to other stop it is time and money wasting procedure.

After ticket perches...1.5 hours bus full peck...not refund ticket amount...very bad service

Today I was waiting for my bus at NARAYANA HOSPITAL BRTS and two senior citizens came from opposite and ask for ticket but that watchman didn't open the gate and said them to crawl down form the scanner 😔 seriously they were senior citizens but uski age ka lihaaz nahi kiya

Bus no. 126 and bus no. 106 did not stop at 2616 - Gujarat School Ghod DoD road as I wave the still both the bus did not stop.

Bus was not arrivied several day in Jay Mangal brts

Route: jay Mangal to gota vasant nagar township

Not safe drive and drop another location

Where is ladis section, men intentionally removed ladies section sticker, ladies section doesn't only mean the seats but where all ladies stand when seats are full, all rush to ladies seats by push ladies in bus, i hope all the members brts feels very good about not doing anything about this, it good right all women between men that's how are buses work, shame that our government can't do anything about this

Category select has no relation to the complaint

The driver of the Bus( BR25PA 1453) and conductor intentionally took more time to make bus delayed at every stop from Rajgir to Hisua, Driver was allowing private bus to go ahed on every stop.it took more than 40 minutes to reach nardigunj from Rajgir (a distance of just 10 KMs) even after having good condition of four lane road .this is the reason why the image of Bihar is getting spoiled every time every where.the conductor even didn't provide original ticket.
Concern authority is requested to take necessary action.

Brts 8u naroda gham scheduled from isckon to naroda gham was late and brts has worst service lot of ### up rush always late

He wears black uniform and stands at Naroda S.T. workshop opp. Mata ka mandir, char rasta.
He is absolutely arrogant and does not know how to talk with a women, absolutely insulting

M.J. Library Bus stop is on 2 nd floor and there is no lift and wheel chair.
It is difficult for senior citizens to climb up/ down two floors.

The driver of this bus was too rude.He never stops his bus in pragati nagar.I always have to go down from the running bus.Today I got struck while trying to go out.When I complained to him he was literally very rude towards me.
Bus destination-Trimandir to L.D engineering college.
Please take action towards him.

In a bhairvnath Very rude behavior of the staff . They give a 100rs change through to coin and say i am take it back but 25rs charged on the coin back. It's very good manners of the bhairvnath station saff.

I am facing lots of problem, coming from indrapuri to 10 number market as there is lack of buses. kindly resolve this issue

I took a bus from ld college brts and the bus named 4d Trimandir. But the bus didn't go there, it stopped at D.C.I.S Circle. When asked them they said nothing and asked us to get out of the bus

I m daily Travelling from kalupur to airport as i m staff. At airport daily i was get down at airport circles and there was stop point also.
But suddenly today there is on staff who is wearing bvg uniform and he is shouting on me and not get stop bus at airport circle.

Last 01 hrs i m in bus only i cant go and that staff was shouting on me as 01 singal lady Travelling such rude behavior with me.
And literally he is doing harassment.

This is not safe to travel in this bus again

बसे बहोत ही कम फ्रीक्वेंसी मैं आती है जिसकी वजह से दो बस के passenger 1 hi bus me aa jate hai or bahot hi bheed ho jati hai iske vajah se girls ko bahot problem hoti hai, kuch males gande tarike se chhedte hai or bahot ganda behave krte hai

Rude behaviour of ticket issuing person at ISCON temple. Check the CCTV footage n take action accordingly, just because she was lady, i could not slap her back even she slapped.

The timing for first BRTS is 6 o'clock the person who is giving ticket came just 10 min ago and not given ticket till time of bus due to that we have to miss bus

My Complaint is regarding ticket issuer at Panjra pole char rasta BRTS BUS station
Many times he mischief with me and others like not gave proper change
After requested issue proper change
Today I bought a ticket from panjra pole char rasta to sabarmati police station for that I gave him a 200 rs. Notes and 2 rs. Coin
He returned me only Rs.130 instead of 180
I requested him soon after he returned full money i.e. 180
Such type of incident occurred many times with me
Kindly look into this matter
And replace the. Staff with any honest person

Sir, आप लोग हमको मुफ्त में तो ले जा नही रहे हो।सूरत में वालाभाचाय जैसे महान लोगो के नाम से स्टेशन रख ने से क्या भ्रष्टाचार खत्म होएगा? भाई आपके लोग इतने बिगड़े दिमाग और लुटने वाले है की बच्चो को बचे हुए पैसे जो १ rupee or २ Ruppes hai vo क्यों वापस नहीं दे रहै।दिन के ५०००० बचे के २ ruppes गिनाई आप कितने हुए, आप बेकुफ है क्या आपसे ज्यादा वहा स्टेशन पे बैठने वाले कमा रहे है।जनता को लूट रहे है। साला भगवान भी आ जाए कुछ नही कर सकता आपका।अगली बार ये मेने देखा तो police complaint kar दूंगा।ये१ तो है ही और कही कितने होगे आपको मालूम।या शायद आप भी मिले हुए हो।

Mene ye ticket 9.36 ko book Kiya tha [protected] or me mere station par betha tha and ticket bari me betha banda mujese ticket manga or mene use ticket dikhaya or vo muj par balm kar raha he or kehta he apne abhi ticket book Kiya he find bharna hoga or bahut hi gande tarike se baat kar raha he kya ye brts ka service standard he ...? Staff ko online ticket ka pura knowledge nahi he. Staff ko training or manners sikhne ki zarurat he. And you need to improve your staff behaviour.

I am a Working to DMART MALL. Every month on month problem gusy not working properly
I came here at 11 clock then they say I AM Not Free come After Some time come then we wait and first in line
After 45 minits then they say go to last in line and after Come our still we wait
They say server crashing but there is nothing happen but the main problem is that guy using Instagram and WhatsApp they say "" Recharge Nahi karna he Agar yaha par karva na he to wait krna hoga muje time milega to me kar ke dunga nahi to kisi or jagah se karva lo jise jo karna he wo kr lo nahi krunga ""

That Guys Behaviour so rudly very lousy attitude.

My janmitra card recharge problems brts stations janshi ki. Rani janmitra card agent not work properly i was waiting 45 to 70 minite but card agent is not responding and not working very lessy agent This is very lousy attitude and never give response i request to give training to them how to talk Also when I contacted the customer care number at ICICI Bank, they gave me another number for BRTS Complaint which is [protected] but it say sorry your call cannot be processed.
What kind of service is this?!
And please increase the number of stops where we can make a recharge the janmitra cards as there are only 4-5 stops due to which we have to wait in long queues. Agent not responding

Not accepting the right amount charging high amount and behaviour issue

First of all ticket should be valid for 3 hours i buy ticket but it is not valid after 11 it is ridiculous you have the money is transfer and ticket i have but it is jot valid after 11 pm so do something about it.

The amount of rs 15 had already been credited to the paytm account of brts. The mistake of the destination and departing location which was Gota cross road to Shivranjni in place Shivranjni to Gota cross road and lead the incharge to mistreat me. He confiscated the phone and used abusive words and forcefully tried to fine me 500 rupees in the name of not buying a ticket at all which was absolutely wrong. Ticket was bought and the amount of rs 15 was deducted from my wallet to brts. This abusive behaviour is unacceptable. The brts station where this incident happened was sola cross road and the reason to fine me given by them was "travelling without ticket and buying a ticket in front of them" (what actually happend was a mistake of buying a ticket with from and destination place swapped) AND AT THE END HE EMPTIED MY WALLET AND I WAS FINED 3 TIMES THE PREDEFINED AMOUNT (3 penalty tickets of 100 rupees/penalty ticket) . STRICT ACTION AGAINST SUCH PRACTICE IS EXPECTED. THANK YOU.

Hi Heads of brts ahemdabad:-

BRTS no :- 069 it's driver talk badly with me and my collage friends and he quit my friend out of bus and he threat us for not come in his bus 069. He wrong blame on us for click stop button but when we stand that place didn't have any stop button.
