Though I have registered both my office as well as residential addresses at the time of loan disbursement (physical verification done by the bank for both the addresses against document proof), the bank has never sent any detail or document relevant to the loan.

The payments are debited promptly.

I was convinced for a 24% rate of interest by the telli-caller for a loan of Rs.70, 000/- on July 2008.
