I am complaining about a driver with bus no:- DL1PD0853, (764-Najafgarh to Nehru Place), date:[protected], timing was around 6:40 P.M., the driver was misbehaved with some passengers and very rude, and around 7:30 to 7:40 P.M., he skipped the bus stand "Health Centre" and "Manglapuri" and went through the different route which goes directly from "Dwarka Sec-1" to Dwarka Flyover". Please take a strict action against him.

मैं दिल्ली की एक आम अधमी हूं, मैं दिल्ली की बसों में काफ़ी सफ़र करती हूं।आज करीब सुबह 08:45 am पर मैं डेफेर्स कॉलोनी बस स्टैण्ड से मै रूट 522 (लाडू सहारे से किर्षि कुंज ) DL1PD ४५४३ बस में चढ़ गया था । उस बस का ड्राइवर बस को अलग ही रूट से ले गया साउथ से सिदा नारायणा ले गया पहले उसने कह रूट चेंज हो हम मान ने गया था पर उनसे बोलै इंडियन गेट से नहीं जाएगी धुला खुआ से जाएंग और कोरल बाग़ जाएंगी बाद में अपनी बात से मुकर और बोला मैंने ऐसा नहीं बोला और misbehave करने लगा और बोल रहा था की मेरी मर्जी मैं जगा मर्जी से ले जाओ करदो कम्प्लेंट उस ड्राइवर का नाम रमेश लोगो को बहुत परेशनी । सारी सवारी परेशां हो गयी, और वो रोड के नियमों का पालन ही नही कर रहा था,
और उनसे कहा टाइम ओवर सीदा कृषि कुंज ऐसे ड्राइवर के किलाफ सकत करावी आप से निवेदन है और G20 के लिए उसको के रॉउट के लिए सही से रॉउट बनाया थैंक यू

Me lajpat nagar se 418 no bus me travel krti hu mostly 418 bus no 6240 ke driver or conductor daily drink kre rehte h na bus rokte h Or driver ladkiyo se badtameezi krte h. Driver ka naam sher singh h Or conductor ki id 10200 hai. Driver to ladkiyo Or gaaliyaan dekr baat krta h jb mene usse bus rokne ki khi to wo gaaliya dene lga or muh se bhut jyada drink ki smell aa rhi thi ye daily hi drink krke bus chalte h Or bhut gandi driving krte h. Aise hi conductor bhi ladkiyon se badtameezi se baat krta h. In logo ke against mene depot me bhi Conpaint ki but kuch nhi hua. Bus ka camra tk hta rakha h in logo ne aapse vinti h ki driver or conductor ke khiaf sakht karvahi kre

Jab tak द्यूटीइंचर्ज nahi chalega to koye bhi dubbel duty nahi kar sakta

सर सीलमपुर मार्किट बस स्टाप पे तारीख 15/07/22 टाईम 16:03pm बजे बस का इंतजार कर रहा था नंद नगरी आने के लिए तभी बस आई रूट No 847 सीमापुरी डिपो जाने वाली मेने बस के आगे खड़े होकर बस को रोकने के लिए हाथ दिखाया फिर भी बस ड्राईवर ने बस नही रोकी बस स्टॉप पे बस नंबर DL1PD 3049
निवेदन है कि आप बस ड्राईवर स्टाफ के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई करे

Aaj janak Vihar k stand pr 522 k driver ne bus ni roki bus bahut over speed me thi do Civil Defence walo ne dande Dikha k bus rokne ki koshish bhi ki but bus wale ne ni roka or ulta bhi bol rha the ki ni rokunga bus. Cluster bus wale ase hi le jate h passenger stand per hote h but wo bus ni rokte h. Plz in k against action lia jaye.

Bus route number 910 (Shivji stadium) cluster bus (blue) DL IPD 5887 time 08:46 AM date 08.06.2022 on East punjabi bagh bus stop not stopping bus on stand i am trying to stop but not stopping.

D- 2539 driver didn't stop at the press apartment bus stop in morning at 7.10 am.
Pl take action

Bus no. DL1P C6765 Time 06.59 am sukhdev vihar bus stop. conductor was refuse pass the woman ticket. before driver did not stop bus on stop he stop bus 500 mt away from stop. He just hit us by bus and said "abhi to baccha diya next time chada dunga" Marshal was busy in his phone. this is 2nd time with us that he again misbehaving. bus service is very bad.

The cluster bus no. DL-1PD-5514, Route no. 822, departing for Issapur village via Ujwa is not stopping at any bus stand on the way.
Despite being present at the bus stand and giving a cue to stop the bus driver doesn't stop the bus.
The bus arrives at Ujwa bus stand at 5:50am.
Another bus arrives after 15 min because of which, the commuters face many problems.
Please do the needful.

I was traveling by but rout 717 bus-C5661, Rajokari to Kapashera police station date 26/04/2022 at morning 6:30 AM and I tooked the ticket of rs/-5 behalf of rs 10/- due to no knowledge.
Ticket collector asked to fined on me 200/- so just I was telling him that "Sir mujhe nahi pata tha canductor ne bhi nahi bataya Next time dhyan rakhuga mera stop aagay utarne dijiye.then hi replied Chasma pahan rakha hai dikhai nahi de raha tujhe? Jayada bhashan mat de 200/- de nahin to chasama Tod dunga . Then unhone driver ne bus stop par nahi khadi ki or utarne nahi diya maine fine k liye mana nahi kar Raha tha just I was telling him ki ye misunderstanding ho gai .
Jab mai Kapashera border bus se utarane laga unke sath me wo mera pichhe se office bag pakad kar chhin liya.jab mai unse bola ki Mai bhag taha hun ? Main fine 200/- Dene se mana kiya fir apka ye kya tarika hai bag chhin liya, mai complaint karunga apake against, then wo mera mobile bhi chhinane ki koshish ki and he Abused me . Yadi mai bhi unke jaise reply karata to shayd mujhe wo mar pit bhi kar sakate the . But maine 200/- fine kiya or ghar aagay. Maine multiple No. Par complaint kiya [protected]@dimts, in [protected]@dimp.in par complaint raise Kiya but still not received any response from cluster bus .
Team please take action against that Staff. I know ki this is his duty but this like of behaviour will not acceptable in public service. Only 200/- rs k liye ek educated person etan jhuth or ...

[protected] April 2022 I was waiting for Cluster 623 ( DL1PC6516 ) P.T.College bus stand l since 7:45 a.m and the bus was coming but the driver did stop the bus on the bus stand too many people show their hands to the driver but he didn't stop the bus, the was to cluster buses I didn't remember the bus number.

I am standing in Janakpuri checkpost and waiting for 801stl bus. The two buses passed from here and the bus is mostly empty but the driver did not stop the bus and said it's there choice to stop there or not.

Bus no-DL1PC6793 sukhdev vihar depot se betha hu. Kitne baar gya hu es bus. Route no. 473 stls m jata h morning timing sota hua hi dekha hu es Marshall bus m duty sone ke liye lagya h kya jo ki ye Marshall sota rahta h bus m. Mahila safety ke liye lagya bus Marshall. Aapse request h aap camera check kare or action le ho sake late ki duty karwaiye Marshall se. K. N. D depot ki bus h 6793

Your cluster rout number 144A2 not stopped at stand.
Driver not drive in bus lane so they not picked pessengers from stand.
When objection they misbehaving and saying "" Mahri bus hai Na rokte, Karle ke karega ""
They run empty bus but not picked pessengers who waiting for bus.
Sindhu Border to kamla market they not picked pessengers.
They run with empty bus.

I am regular passenger of 418 A bus from shahdara @8 AM. The bus available has no seats as i went to take it. The reason were that the seats lying behind in the bus were having water on it on which no passenger was preferring to sit.
And one seat was occupied by the home guard himself.
The conductor and driver had no responsibility to vacate the seat or cleaning the seat.
Every passenger donot bring a cloth to clean the seats.
Kindly look into the matter.

Bus no 4778 route no 825 time 8:25pm not stop to jharorda carosing & najafgarh terminal and indian govt. Rules according to bus and public place wearing a mask but coundecter not wearing mask and very abused language use to passengers kindely imdetly action to bus coundecter and driver!

Today 24dec 2018 i raj kumar sharma going from anand vihar to preet vihar by the cluster bus no. Dl1pd 2561, as per mention on display that you can take tkt by metro card, i show my metro card to conductor to take tkt, he shouted me & throw my card & say i can't give the tkt by metro card & you can go by another bus, i surprised, after interfere a fellow passengers he give me the tkt in inr

I am very sad with the conductor misbehavior.

The said problem not only with one conductor & bus but also 90% conductor deny & misbehavior as likr above.

I, m a daily passager & after feel the problem i write this complaint.
