I sold my vehicle to CredR company on 26th may 2022 online in pune location and they sold my vehicle MH48AJ8175 to Mr. rushikesh Rathod, he is misusing my vehicle and violating traffic rules as CredR company has not transferred the RC of the vehicle, I am sending mail to company everyday and contacting the CredR Pune franchise owner Mr. tushar [protected], no body is helping me and I am helpless what to do in this situation,

It will take 4 months time for RC transfer...totally disasters...they have to focus on customer requirement and their time otherwise they have to close the cred r.

I had purchased a scooter from CredR Indiranagar showroom in June 2022 whose RC transfer process is yet to be completed. They had promised that it would be done in 3 months but it has been over 9 months for me. Their customer care service is completely useless and has not provided any evidence of the process. They always use excuses to delay the process further. They have even refused a buyback of the vehicle given that they haven't been able to complete the paper transfer process.
Do not buy anything from CredR!

I bought Refurbished bike Bajaj Discover 125 M Disc bearing Registration No. DL 10 SE 9662 from KB Motors Credr Dilshad Garden showroom ( Ph: [protected] ) on 9.12.2020 in my name after I came across Credr website and getting repeated calls thereafter from Credr customer care to buy the vehicle and assurance that they would take back the vehicle at 50 % rate of purchase if sold within 1 year ( Credr BuyBack Policy ) and assured of monthly vehicle checks. I bought the bike for Rs. 30500 ( Bike Price of Rs. 28000 and RC Transfer charges of Rs. 2500 ). The bike was previously in the name of Mr. Vikas and bike registration date was 19.11.2014. After purchase of vehicle, one person contacted from credr to know the vehicle details and thereafter no one contacted ever for any service, which was a false assurance. I was told that RC Transfer will happen within a week but it didn’t materialize and I contacted the showroom owner ( Ph: [protected] ) in February 2021 and he told to contact one person named Hitesh ( Ph: [protected] ) and again I was given another reference to contact by Mr. Hitesh. He gave contact number of Mr. Rohit ( Ph: [protected] ) and I contacted him. He asked for my bank passbook for RC Transfer and I gave my Canara bank passbook in March. Later in April, Lockdown happened in Delhi due to Delta wave of covid and I was told that Transport department was closed during the period and again I got back to him in the month of June for which the person told that rules have changed in RTO office and for RC transfer, I need to submit Aadhar Card of Delhi Address which I don’t have as I was working there temporarily. He told to contact Credr customer care then. Since then, I have been in contact with customer support of credr through email and have sent several mails ( from 16.7.2021 to 18.3.2022- 39 emails ) for RC transfer or transfer of RC Charge fee which I paid as the work could not be done.For all the emails, they replied that they would look into the issue . Finally, I had to move away from Delhi in the month of April 2022 and I contacted Credr again for sale of vehicle. They came for inspection and finally gave a quotation price for Rupees 7000 citing that the vehicle could not be taken back as there was no valid RC while infact the problem was in their side and they had the original RC which was not given to me at the time of purchase of vehicle. I accepted to their quotation also as I had to move from Delhi. One person named Mr. Ashish ( Ph: [protected] ) from Credr called and told that he will not take the bike for 7000 also as there was no valid RC and told to contact Customer support in Bengaluru. I contacted them but I didn’t receive proper response and since I had no time, I had to sell the vehicle for scrap for throwaway price of Rs. 5000. I suffered severe mental harassment and financial loss because of this and also because of false assurances and I have been emailing Credr for more than a year with no avail. I now want refund of my RC Charges paid along with interest for the above duration for deficiency in service.

I sold my Avenger 150 street to them.They took bike and put it in there Wearhouse for inspection.On phone call they quoted me 47k after 7 day they told we will give you 43k.So i had to cancelled a deal.But again to get my bike back they charges of Rs.200.Its a biggest fraud is going in this company.Please don't sell or buy vehicle from credr.They are very unprofessional.

Deficiency in providing the service with an intent to cheat
I registered on credR app for the servicing of the bike and paid for the annual plan.
since then that haven't update the status of bike and nor dees the app has any option to raise the service request.
emails are promising to sole it in 12 to 24 hours but the complaint is not addressed since 12/May 2022
their internal service id is Service ID: #958831.
I would request you help in providing a full refund due to their deficient service

This is copy - paste of my mail to credr and everyone can understand about crder goodwill.

This is 3rd time to incomplete results of my complaint, as I hope.
Why are you doing this every time?
That you will take my scooty to your warehouse, hold some days only for some screws tight, little setting and give me back without any major works, who works is neccessary to complete my complaint.
I think, this is your regular practice to complete the six months of warranty for all customers and after that you will say that six months of warranty has been completed and there is no way to register your complaint.
Did you like to raise any disputes between us?.
I'll come to your store and say to other customers that credr is fraud company, please never buy and sale anything from this company, also on social media with google reviews.
May be police/legal action against you.

I have sold my bike yesterday and as per company's policy the amount should reflect in 24 hrs and they have also taken the bike and haven't received the amount yet. While calling customer care nobody's picking up the call.

7 days protect Policy
Hi Team,
Recently I have purchased Bajaj Pulsar (KA03JG1856) bellandur which is in Bangalore location. But my bike has some issues, I have called to customer support so many times and I have emailed also. But I am getting reply message they will assist you soon.
Almost 20 days over where is 7 days protect policy.
I think there is no 7 days protect which will be blame customers for selling products.

I sold my bike to credr on[protected] still that people not given that money to me when i called it's helpline number they people just telling we are initiating
but when i ask for acknowledgement of payment receipt they are not giving the same

I had purchased a two wheeler on July 2 nd, 3 months now still the RC not transferred to my name even though i had paid the full amount 40000 including 2000 for RC transfer.
Whenever i called them they will say in process, so many mails and calls. Still not transferred...

Sold my bike (I.e 1.07.2019)still they have not transferred to their name.
Bajaj Discover125T which is my old bike. I have sold my bike to CREDR as on 1.07.2019, but they have still not transferred the bike to their name. The original documents were submitted to the dealer immediately.
I received an e-challan from Telengana police instructing us to pay fine for the vehicle of which I am no longer the owner since 01.07.2019.
I humbly request you to look into this matter immediately and clear my name from the ownership of the above mentioned vehicle.
We have attached the proof that we are receiving the challans for traffic violations, of the vehicle of which we are NOT THE OWNERS since 2 years.
I received an e-challan from Telengana police instructing us to pay fine for the vehicle of which I am no longer the owner since 01.07.2019.

Credr had option for home delivery of the bike due to covid situation.
I paid them 26500 for an Suzuki Access bike and scheduled the time for delivery.
But they did not give any response during the delivery time
After roaming around their offices they said the bike I chose is sold out.
They will refund me the amount.
It's been more than 30days, they have not refund me the money.
I keep calling their customer care they keep assuring that they will refund the money but no update.
I have sent at least 10+ email to their customer care they are not even responding.

I had purchased a bike (red honda hornet) number - KA04JC9062 from CredR Indira Nagar showroom in Bangalore. I purchased the bike on 28th May 2019 and paid the full amount of 61, 000 and 2000 paper transfer charges including the amount of RC transfer. Till now, I didn't get the RC.
I tried to call them multiple times but they said Team is working on it. I had sent multiple emails but no reply. I am not able to renew the insurance also because of this. It's been more than 1 year.

I had purchased a second hand yamaha fz bike from credr showroom in june'19 from wagoli branch in pune. I was promised i won't face any major issue with the bike for at least an year. However, i did face a major issue with the engine and gear box (Entire gear box had to be changed), for which i had to urgently get the bike parts replaced at my expense. The total cost came to rs.5, 500. The issue was faced immediately after completion of six months of purchasing the bike (The bike had hardly run 2, 000 kms after my purchase).
Upon contacting credr, i was told the bike was no longer covered under warranty period and thus, they would not be reimbursing the said amount to me. Upon re-iterating that the warranty had lapsed just 10 days before the bike broke down (For which i had to do an urgent replacement of parts), i was told that a reimbursement to me would not be possible (In any scenario).
To understand his point, i asked the reason for company's inaction to reimburse the rightful amount. They could consult their mechanic/authorized partner (I have the bill/receipts from yamaha store for the components purchased and invoice for the labor charges), and then reimburse the amount which he agrees to (Basically to cross check with their trusted partner whether i was asking them to reimburse a higher amount than the actual price for the said parts and labor charges involved).
To this question and his subsequent response, a more shocking revelation came to my knowledge. That is-when a credr customer comes back to credr (Under warranty period) to claim his warranty for issue with the parts (Covered under warranty); credr would be replacing the damaged/non-operational parts with an old one so as to just make the bike in usable position. They would not be changing the damaged part with a new one.
This is the matter of greater concern i want to highlight. Credr sells damaged bikes to customers assuring them the bike wont face a major challenge. They are just using temporary/old parts so that the bike is just in a usable condition, with no concern/responsibility taken for the safety of the bike rider. Even under the warranty, credr is just providing a temporary remediation so that the six month period expires quickly, post which credr would deny any responsibility for the bike.
I purchased my bike from credr under the pretext that it is a trusted seller. I was under the pretension that the bike is a good one, and i could reach out to someone in case the bike encounters a major challenge (For at least a year). But the trust has been broken here. I would request an inquiry into this and immediate reimbursement for the amount incurred by me.
The safety of riders is at stake who have purchased second hand biked from credr.
Additionally, the grievance redressal mechanism is dismal at credr. The customer is not provided with a response at all to their complaints, or even an acknowledgement of the mails in first place. The response time is unnecessarily long, and most of the times there is no response at all. The customer has to keeping following up with credr. Precious time is lost in this process.
I have relevant mail and audio recordings to highlight the below (Also summarizing my issues):
1) the non-professional way of dealing with consumer complaints/concerns. There is no acknowledgement of the mails and no response, even after multiple chasers. A particular issue has to be explained multiple times to different employees. Very precious time (Especially when the time bound warranty of an expensive vehicle is under question).
I have been facing this issue since the time of purchasing the bike.
2) damaged bikes being sold by credr under false pretext. Credr is selling damaged bikes to customers by providing temporary fix (Putting old damaged/weak components) and assuring the same would not be causing an issue. This is not right. The safety of bike owner is being compromised. Moreover, the warranty policy is flawed too. The warranty policy could be either of 6 months, or a certain kms (Distance traveled from the purchase of bike), whichever is earlier. If such a mechanism is in place, the customer has a rough idea of the expected remaining life of the vehicle (In case he faces any major issue). If an additional clause is added to include a minimum distance (In kms), the owner can be assured the bike is covered under warranty for at least a particular kms.
"just the warranty cover for a particular time period is no test for the genuineness/quality of a bike".
Credr, definitely is not a trusted bike seller. At least for me; with the above scenarios i have been facing for a while now.
Selling a temporarily fixed bike so the customer does not face a major issue till a certain point of time, is forgery. It is possible the bike owner does not use the bike regularly (As is the case with me).
Kindly intervene and provide and assurance to the customers.

I have purchase my scooter suzuki access on 6th april, 2019 from credr, koramangala. I have submitted all the documents on same day. They took extra rs.2000 for paper transfer. Now it's been 7 months still i didn't get the rc. Whenever i called they give me one or another reason. I even tried to contact through email but there is no reply. Very pathetic service

incomplete two wheeler paper received
I have purchased a 2 wheeler from credr, pimple saudagar, pune branch in august 2017. After two months that branch got closed.
From then i have continuously taking follow ups with credr customer care. They give the same answer each time (U will get the duplicate rc book, it will take some time, we are trying to contact the branch people, documents is in process in rto, etc.).
They don't have any idea when documents will be processed and who is owner of the vehicle, etc.

I don't have the original documents. I paid total transfer amount and vehicle cost. But did not received any documents. The company is really a fraud company.

Tell me about it. :( I have purchased an used fzs from them. Now, the shop is closed and if we call them, they use very rough behavior and disconnect my call too. Although in my case, the company head office is picking up my call, they are just answering that they are trying and they don't know exactly when they will give us our documents. If I had known this would turn so ugly, I would have preferred a new bike itself. Let's leave the quality of the bike they sold, if they would just return our documents asap, we can immediately resell it and get rid of these daily tensions. Also, I hear that there are more then 50 - 100 people more like us. We can now only pray!

I purcahsed a vehicle from a person. It was a second hand vehicle from miss pooja ahuja and she purchased it from the company named credr. The comapny didn't gave her the original rc inspitr of submitting all documents andnow i am struggling for original rc. The company says they have no documents about this deal and simply refused to help in this cade. The agent who sold this vehicle to pooja left the company and the company is aware about this. The vehicle is still on the name of first owner that is "upare ashok". Vehicle no. Is mh14ce3045. I asked credr either to give me the rc or give me the contact details of the owner. But the company refused and said they have no details about thid. Please look into the matter and warn credr not to sell bikes without original rc.

I have bought unicorn on march 2016 and they have rated the vehicle condition as 4.5. I have noticed oil leaking from engine and i took it to honda showroom then they confirmed the vehicle is re-board and it will cost 20k to repair all the engine basically replacing the engine. While buying on vehicle condition they did not mentioned the engine is already opened and re-board. That's the reason they give only 6 months engine warranty. They are not here to do business but just to make money by cheating people

I had paid Rs 1000/- for booking second hand vehicle at CREDR paying through PAYTM account.
The order got cancelled due to non availability of the vehicle.
This was happened in the month of June 2016. Still today I did not got the refund inspite of various mail sent to their help desk.
It has been almost all 2 months there is no proper reply.
When i call the help desk the reply is that payment is already made but there is problem with PAYTM
There is no proper response and simply say sorry for the things happend and the same reply you will get next time also.

I have purchased bike 4 months back, and submitted all papers with registration charges 3 months back to CredR franchisee at Pimple Saudagar, Pune.
Till now papers are not delivered and now franchisee is closed. No one is responding calls and we are having bike without papers.

I have purchased n avenger 220 with CredR on 13th Feb 2016, same day I was facing issues with Fuel Meter, Odo Meter, Self start, Gear Liver, Timing Chain etc. The bike had a rating of 4.1 from Cred R, Hence their claims of 150 check ups are all bull!
On top of this I have been sending them mails for almost 45 days now and till now have not received any concrete revert or action from them, hence their post-sales support is pathetic.
Doesn't make sense to buy from these guys as they charge premium for no service, its better to buy from dealer directly!

Sharing my personal experience with this marketing gimmick.
I got the SMS regarding 51% of on used bikes, initially i thought its again marketing gimmick by CredR like all companies do, but later on I thought to check it out. but when i tried to access the site it was down and remained down for so long on 19th,
then Yesterday, i.e. 20st May,
I got one bike TVS Scooty Pep around 9.40pm. and I found it quite good deal. 2007 model @ 8085 Rs. after 51% discount. I checked details and paid the reservation amount of Rs. 999/-, I got mail too that you have successfully reserved bike for next 48hrs, I booked test drive slot of 11am to 1.30pm for inspection of bike. I was quite happy that I will get bike and will gift it to my wife for her birthday.
but next to surprise. I got call from some credr guys in the morning that bike has been sold out.
WTF ?
I was not able to respond him initially as I was shocked. he just started to beg apologies and suggested me to choose alternate bike which is nearly of double price ( 17k-20k) on credr and blah blah blah. but later on i tried to convey him that I do not want any excuses from your side and I want that bike only. he told me to talk with superior and hang up. I got call from superior do not remember the name - Mob No. [protected] and same stories repeated. I am firmly saying I do not want any excuses because I can check right now. again on your site the bike which I have reserved it is still showing as "reserved", if it has been sold out why you guys are doing marketing tactics just showing some cool stuff at some unexpected price ?. it is sure from this that you guys are doing just marketing. CredR is totally UnCredR and not at all reliable.
I am going to share this story with whole the world and keeping the decision on you. All I want is the scooty at that price only. If your company is really caring for its customer. Let's see what is your response then !!!
