Shoddy and Poorest Service by Mandar Lande CEO and Founder Destek Infosolutions
I had hired Mandar Lande, CEO, Destek Infosolutions and Director Dhak Dhak App along with his team for ecommerce website development for my 2 companies. They gave me a poorly made website with bugs. The website keeps crashing.
I have tried reaching the Team, the project manager and the developer at Destek Infosolutions but they stopped answering my phone after payments. Even Mandar Lande stopped answering my phone. Is this how you treat clients after payments are made?
I tried reaching other than mployees of this poorly managed organization Destek Infosolutions but then found out that most of the main employees had quit due to non payment of their salaries by Mandar Lande. I jeard horror stories from employees I reached out to about Destek Infosolutions. the office space owner from who Mandar Lande had rented the office from in Viman nagar also threw the company out due to non payment of rent. All and all neither, Vendors, employees or clients are happy with this poorly run organization.

This is fraud company, They never pay you on time, They think that they are giving you salary means they own you. They treat everyone like slave. CEO is the most cheapest and arrogant person in the world. He has no manners and simple ethics. Even if you wants to spoil your life then try some other options but please don't choose this company. Too much of micro management is there. Funny part of this company is that video editor is holding the position on project manager. they don't even have a proper clients. Full form of CEO for this company is Cheapest Employee of Organisation.
Employees are made to work 14-20 hours everyday. Salaries are delayed everymonth by 10-18 days. There is no scope to complain as HR is Mandar Lande CEO's Wife and takes no action. Female employees are kept back late in the office and no transport provided to go home.

Destek Infosolutions is a small 20 person company which is known for haraasing and abusing employees.
They delay salaries every month by 10-20 days because of which all employees suffer financially. The CEO Mandar Lande shouts and scream every other day at employees and is violent and abusive. HR is Mandar Lande's wife and hence employees cannot complain about salaries, or long working hours of 12-18 hours everyday, or the screaming and shouting and drama that Mandar Lande creates everyday. Very bad company to work with.

This company has fooled me and my investors of lakhs. Destek Infosolutions is run by Mandar Lande, his wife Shweta Lande and Aniruddha Kotgire. I had meeten these people at investor meeting in Mumbai with Kapil Jhaveri and then since youngsters have run this company I thought of giving my work of Digital Marketing my Jewellery business to them.
But as soon as payments were made this Mandar Lande and Aniruddha Kotgire stopped answering our call. My finance team an marketing peoples have been calling and calling to these people and their manager but all people have left company.

The founders Mandar Lande and Aniruddha Kotgire harass employees with violent shouting and screaming. The working hours are a torture with 16-22 hours of working daily. Our salaries are not paid on time. 25 employees who have resigned have still not received their salaries. These employees come from poor backgrounds and cannot hire lawyers to take action”
Another female employee while narrating her experience with Destek Infosolutions shares, “ I have a family and 2 young daughters. The founders Mandar Lande knowing this still kept me back at work forcefully until 11 PM in the office. The salary was never on time and an extremely abusive culture by Mandar Lande went on at Destek. Female employees like myself were kept back till late at night and no transportation is provided to go home after 12”
The Investigating officer at the Viman Nagar Police station when interviewed mentioned that they have received the complaints and are investigating all proofs including video and audio recordings of employee abuse presented to them by all employees.

I have filed multiple cases for fraud against Destek Infosolutions and Mandar Lande - Co-Founder, Director - DhakDhak Pvt Ltd and Mandar Lande - Destek Infosolutions Co-Founder, CEO, Destek Infosolutions Pvt Ltd. These people gave my partners and me Startup and technology pitch and then took money and dissapeared.
This is a fraud company that duped me of 5 Lakhs taken in the name of App development. My app was never delivered and these guys changed office address and ran off with my money. My business is suferring under the Meridukan App I am trying to contact old phone numbers but no one is available. Employees from organization say they have resigned. I am more satisfied Amaon as it only took 40 thousand there and my store is online but Mandar Lande - Destek Infosolutions took 5 Lakh and did not deliver app.
