I am an ATM card holder o[censored]nion bank of India, DGMS, Hirapur Branch, Dhanbad Jharkhand.
on 8.8.09 I went for withdrawal of Rsl 4000/- from SBI ATM counter at CMPF office ( counter of SBI Jagjiwan Nagar Branch, Dhanbad, Jharkhand). After completion of withdrawal process displayed "TIMED OUT' and neither the amount came out nor the transaction slip from the said ATM.
