Sub : Late issue of Mines Foreman Certificate of Competency (Rest) 2013-under MMR-1961
Respected Sir,
With reference to your letter No. Exam/Cert/Foreman/Rest/1703/Dhanbad, dtd 07.05.2014. I Shree Sanjay Kumar Mohanty, S/O. Late. Kailash Chandra Maohanty Code-42308 Roll No.-572 submitted my original Certificates of S.S.C and H.S.C. Pass certificate along with attested copies as per above letter No. at D.G. Mines of the Dhanbad. But Certificate has not issued till today and there is no reply from D.G.M.S. Office, Dhanbad. So I face much trouble to apply any where.
So, kindly enquiry this matter and take necessary steps to issue my certificate as soon as possible.
