SIR/MADAM I am an ATM card holder o[censored]nion bank of India, DGMS, Hirapur Branch, Dhanbad Jharkhand. on 8.8.09 I went for withdrawal of Rsl 4000/- from SBI ATM counter at CMPF office ( counter of SBI Jagjiwan Nagar Branch, Dhanbad, Jharkhand). After completion of withdrawal process displayed "TIMED OUT' and neither the amount came out nor the transaction slip from the said ATM. I went to another SBI ATM and withdrawan Rs. 4000/-. When I saw the balance account it is seen that Rs. 8000/- ( Rs. 4000/- twice) debitted from my account. I loded a complain to the UBI, DGMS Hirapur Branch but the same amount has not yet been creditted to my accout. Therefore, it is requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange to return the above amount (RS. 4000)to my account with interest as per the Rerserve Bank of India guidelines. Respected Sir,
This is for your kind information that i used ATM card to withdraw money Rs.3000/- (Rs.Three Thousand only) on dt.10.06.10 at 20:17 pm from Union Bank of India ATM. But the machine did not release the same amount at the same time. After a few seconds the machine released ATM withdrawal voucher indicating Transaction Declined and the balance reduced.
Therefore I request you to look into the matter in a proper way at your own level so that the deducted amount may be credited into our SB A/c No.[protected].

I am an account holder of phusro SBI branch, jharkhand. I got ATM card on aug 2009. But still I have been not received my ATM pin no. When i asked an branch office they reply me very harshly.
I have applied for my duplicate pin of my sbi atm no.[protected], at my branch, as the first pin issud to me was nt right. SB A/c no. [protected]. Bank response is too lethargic. Plz reply the position at the earlies
so I request your good selves kindly follow up on above issue and try to send the pin no to branch office or to my E-mail id or to my mobile number at the earliest.
