Dining Plus Card Complaints & Reviews

Last Saturday I visited Fire and ice restaurant in sector 6 Dwark, at the time of billing I asked for discount as per dining plus card membership.
But they refused for the same and replied the card is not accepted here.
Though the same is mentioned in dining plus card directory.this card is of no use, information mentioned in the booklet is faulty and there sole intention is to cheat their customers.

I got Call from [protected], one girl talked with me, regarding that my credit card is registered in All bank credit card verification dept, so i need to register my details also get one new SBI Dining Plus credit card with 25% discount of every purchase. For this she needs my IVR password

She told
Type OTP and last four digit of your credit card to 5676791 no. i received the IVR OTP password. then only i understood...

This is regarding Dining Plus Card, while issueing a card i was convinced by the network of hotels and restaurents they mentioned will be discounted.They charged me around 5k pa however i tried using this card at many of the outlets like Yoko Sizlers and Pizza Hut this card was not accepted.

This is a Cheating.. please help me with this issue.

Two months back one Executive who told me he is SBI Credit Card Executive contacted me & explained me about 'Discount Card' thru SBI , thru which we can get discount from the Purchases we make. I have applied for a Dining Plus Card and during the conversation with the concerned executive for the application and I have given my credit card details (HDFC Credit Card ending with 4012) to debit the amount 5499.00.

The executive said that I will immediately get the Booking ID once the amount is charged. This transaction was done for Rs. 5499.00 in Mumbai at Dining Plus on June 14th 2012 at 15:15:57....

When inquired withe my credit card banker, they confirmed that the amount got transferred to some dining plus company. This is happened without my authorization. I am very unhappy with Dining Plus card, i went to Poorvika mobile stores in Kandanchavdi-Chennai
and bought some mobile accessories, i shown the card to mobile store person before billing and asked for the discount
they said its not acceptale, even we dont know this card what it is.
Simply Dining Plus is a useless card.....
