[Resolved]  Dining Plus Card — Debited Money from Account and Did not give any card till date

Hello,

I have applied for a Dining Plus Card and during the conversation with the concerned executive for the application and I have given my credit card details (HDFC Credit Card ending with 4012) to debit the amount 5499.00.

The executive said that I will immediately get the Booking ID once the amount is charged. This transaction was done for Rs. 5499.00 in Mumbai at Dining Plus on June 14th 2012 at 15:15:57. But, till now, I did not get any Booking ID pertaining to the application of Dining Plus Card and and no card or was delivered to me. Simply I paid the amount.

They cheated me.

I did not get any acknowledgement till date.
Hence, I want to reclaim the money back i.e. Rs. 5499.00/-

Please consider my application and do the needful to credit the amount in my account. Else, I would proceed in a legal way to claim my money as till date, I did not get package pertaining to the dining plus.

Now also, I don't want any package, but credit the money 5499 to my account which would be of great help.
